The food is delicious. Everything I’ve tried has been good. But the service is disgraceful. The employees act annoyed to be working there. If you make a special request they seem so bothered by it and make sure you know it too! If you try to call, there’s a good chance you’ll get their voicemail. They never say “thank you” or “have a good day.” I’m so underwhelmed by the customer service that we usually just go somewhere else; even though their food is really delicious.
The first time I went everything was good the second time I arrived saying hello in Spanish and a despotic woman laughed at me and I asked her why she was laughing and said she didn't speak Spanish, when the first time I went she did speak Spanish and I told her that it is Mexican restaurant and got upset so que chinguen a toda su madre
This place is absolutely wonderful. Whether you eat in restaurant or in casino, the service is amazing and the food is delectable to say the least!!! The fiesta burrito- so damn good!! Excuse my bluntness but id eat here daily if I could!!! Check it out.
I’m a be honest stick to the national food chain restaurant in great falls all the restaurants that are not nationals chains have 4 starts or more but I think it’s because this people haven’t tasted real Mexican food or food in general if you an investor I suggest to invest in a real restaurant with actual good service and decent hours it’s like the people up here don’t like to work or something by the way the food was not tasty and michelada eww the server was moody saying we only had 10 min to order
Friendly & quick service. HUGE serving sizes. Meals are enough to take home or share. Food was pretty good.
My husband and I both got horrible food poisoning from eating here! The food tasted so terrible we didn't even eat much and the margarita tasted like hairspray. If it let me give zero stars I would.

Decent food but very rude manager. Had my husband call ahead and order our food. The to go menu on the phone is very small! I had to zoom in to see the menu and did not realize there was a lunch and dinner page as it all looks like one giant menu. He called and ordered my #20. She did not verify what food item it was and placed the order. When I called to state he meant the number 20 Pollo la crema l she became annoyed and stated that was the lunch menu. I stated the menu was somewhat confusing on the phone. She didn't care and expected me to pay for the food I won't eat and kept saying it was my fault. I've worked in a few restaurants and everyone I worked at would have refunded the wrong item. She was too busy telling me it was all my fault to even consider how we could make it right. My suggestion would be to confirm the order at least once prior to placing the order. I wasn't calling to point fingers or blame them. It was my mistake but the way she handled the call was extremely rude . I would rather eat at a mediocre restaurant with great customer service vs a place that only cares about money and not about the customer experience.
