If your going to order a pan pizza, do yourself a favor and preheat your oven to finish cooking it when it arrives. Or specify you want burnt pizza. From my understanding, corporate ordered new ovens months ago and they have been pumping out pan pizzas with raw dough under toppings ever since. Get your old ovens back, get new ovens, or quit selling pan pizzas. Please quit selling uncooked, raw dough.
Probably a little long over due, but I'm impressed. Over the years of ordering from this location, it has been a bit of a mixed bag in terms of timeliness. The food is always delicious (except once, and that was all my fault, which they fixed anyway), just not always timely. I arrived this evening to the drive through to pick up our order, which wasn't quite ready yet, so I had to sit and wait a bit. I'm pretty sure every single employee that passed the drive through window, was incredibly nice and asked if I had been helped yet. Friday nights can be busy and hectic, which can sometimes yield a grumpy/tired/frustrated crew, but this team hasn't let that affect them any this evening.
My girlfriend ordered us a pan pizza and it was very undercooked. When she called to get a new pizza (because it was inedible) they said "its supposed to be like that." After being rude to her they agreed to replace the pizza. Then the same guy she talked to delivered the pizza and he was still rude and rolled his eyes even after she gave him another tip for having to come back out... horrible service!! This picture is with all toppings and cheese removed. Clearly just dough...
My wife and I ordered pizza after a long day and at the drive through to pick up our pizza it took roughly 15 minutes of us sitting there and 4 employees walking out the back door and seeing us sit there not saying a word to anyone that we were there. On top of it the employees were smoking pot in the parking lot and the manager THE MANAGER gave us the wrong order!! Terrible service.
I got my food quick with the fact they only had 2 people working on the inside, I love all the food but the pasta is my personal favorite. Excellent food!
Ordered on-line and arrived when app said food was ready. 2 minute curbside clock started then stopped. Brought out partial order and said they had to remake part of order. When called in store the assistant manager "Luke" stated he knew nothing about the 2 minute guarantee and there was nothing he could do about food that was not ready. He did not even know their own policy advertised. So sat with food getting cold so we could wait another 7 minutes for additional food to be made. "Luke" was very unprofessional. Nothing like eating cold food because it's "not his problem". Don't order from this location.
Ordered Philly cheesesteak pizza, lots of cheese but not one piece of meat. Very disappointed.
Pizza is better than it used to be. Good if u need food in a pinch and affordable.
We had our daughters 9th birthday party here and it was a BLAST! All of the kids said it was the best party they've been to. The manager Ashley is amazing and soooo helpful! All of the staff was truly amazing! I never give 5 star reviews but this dominoes location definitely earned our loyalty ?
Absolutely horrible uncooked wings. Looked like it was warmed up in a microwave and sauce dumped on top bread bowl was not good at all soggy at best not to mention our pizza wasn't even sliced right they only sliced each side about an inch so we were left with about a 7 by 7 square chunk of pizza. Idk what happened to this place but I'll never order from here ever again. If I could rate it -5 stars I would.
