Great service and food, mere meters away from the hotel we were staying at. Order messed up and we got full nachos for the price of half, which I originally ordered. The food was fantastic and generous, definitely would dine in here again if I were to come back. 10/10
Food was not cooked as ordered. Had to wait over 15 minutes to have all components of my meal brought to my table. Was served pancake bites with raw center. Toast was so overdone that it was hard and not edible. Ordered medium rare steak and received well done. Eggs were ordered over easy and received over hard. Hash browns were soggy when I had requested crispy. All the manager did was take 10% off the bill and take off the pancake bites.
Bland and unfriendly. It's best feature is being attached to a truck stop with convenience store deviled eggs with more flavor than their burgers and a hot shower. It's only getting two stars instead of one because the night I visited was relatively quiet and it smelled good.
Normally good but this time I got Eggs Benedict. What ever that was...wasn't hollandaise sauce. It was more like some weird cheese sauce. Worst I've ever had.On a positive note my coffee cup never ran dry and the pancakes were perfect.
The food was really good even though it took 20 minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge that there were customers waiting to be seated and the employees would just ignore all of us. It took a person that came in after I did that he finally had to make a scene for someone to seat us ! I was lucky to get a young lady server that took care of me but the other servers that were there were pathetic and I'm being nice by saying that about them !
Got there, ordered, drinks FINALLY came out 20 minutes later. Then another 50 minutes we are still waiting on our food. We sat by the kitchen and watched the chefs make the food and put the plates on the counter for the waiters to serve them out. But no waiters/waitresses were doing that, so the food kept sitting there. Hadn't seen a single plate of food for the past 30 minutes leave that kitchen. They kept seating people, going around asking if people want refills, and cleaning whatever they can seemingly for no reason. People were starting to get ticked and some ended up leaving. Was not busy the day we went at all. Maybe 1/4 of the place had costumers. We ended up just leaving, and that was just an hour of our day completely wasted.
Had surgery recently and wasn't feeling up to cooking, decided to take a chance and order Denny's, definitely never ordering again. Food was almost ice cold, had to be microwaved, the forgot the sausage links on both meals, and the food was prepared horribly. The saddest looking breakfast I have ever had from a restaurant.
My husband and I have made this our only early morning establishment for dining in. The service has always been good. The food as advertised and spot on! We typically are a Bob Evans fan and the Denny's back in Ohio (where we are from) leave much to be desired. However this establishment has changed my whole opinion of the franchise in general. Keep up the great work you guys people notice your efforts!
Arrived and it was busy. We were waited in quite promptly. Bibi was very very attentive and friendly making us feel so comfortable and important. I would go again and hopefully have her as my server. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
The food was basic but very tasty and the staff was exceptional! Our waitress was very helpful in recommending a place to have our vehicle fixed when we explained our problem.
