So there were quite a few things wrong with my visit to this branch. First off they did not add Oreos to my blizzard like I asked, secondly they gave me the wrong size (small instead of medium) and instead of being blizzard consistency it was a milkshake consistency (they didn't tip it upside down because 100% it would not have stayed in the cup ?). The second blizzard was the correct size and toppings but was also more of a milkshake consistency.
Stopped for ice tea. Checked dispenser and it has a spout for unsweetened tea. Placed order for multiple drinks. Went to dispenser and it only dispensed water. Asked girl at counter and was informed, " we dont have ice tea". Fries were also pretty limo.
Well, we order the first burger meal and then 2 just hamburgers. All plain with cheese. The first burger is deleted on screen. We order it again. Get to window and the 2 Burgers have everything on them and no double burger or fries. They have us wait at side area and deliver the double and no singles. Had to walk into store to get the singles ordered again. Not a fun experience. Probably won't be going back to the 9th st DQ.
Oh man I wi could post the pictures of my food. I wanted BBQ chicken stripes NOT chicken stripes with BBQ sauce dumped on it. Literally the only thing right on my order was my drink...
Pretty terrible. Gave everyone the wrong order. Messed up on even the Icecream.Place is empty but it still took 25 mins to get the wrong cheeseburger haha. Skip this location if you can.
Came in to order with terrible customer service. Waited for someone to finally take my order, once I ordered, I stood back to wait. Some guy comes barreling in cutting off some poor old lady yelling he’s in a hurry. He got his food before me while I was waiting, when I asked about this I received attitude from worker. You can tell people don’t care about their job or customers.
I do not recommend this place as a place of work. Although the food is quite nice and I would recommend it to those who wish to eat out, it is a horrid place to work for those who have disabilities or an eccentric personality. They are not accepting in management and play favorites. I quit due to taxing work environment, I was in the midst of recovering from the 2020 pandemic and was treated unfairly. They messed up my legal name on my checks making me unable to cash them for a time, would not fix it and the parent company was going to charge me to fix it. For one of my checks they held onto to try to fix, they lost, and their supervisor Fran never helped me get it back. I had to wash my clothes in my bathtub and eat my roommates food for two weeks. Luckily one of their employees told me about cashing my checks out at Ez Money. In addition they still owe me a 150 usd check, and would constantly write me up if I did not provide a doctor's note for ANY missed days. One of their Crew Managers has made me feel as if they had it out for me and dispised me as they have made claims with out proof against me even after leaving. This was the same manager who messed up my legal name. When speaking with one of the Ez money cashers, who cashed my wrongly named check this trend of messing up payments have been happening for years. Do not work here. Although some crew members were nice, their poor management and unfriendly atmosphere is not worth the pay. I sincerely hope those working as team members do not have to deal with the same treatment I did. I will never buy from here again.
My mother called in this cake 3 hours before it was even needed, went to the store where they forgot about it and then hurried and threw it together quite sloppily while making her wait another half hour. Also making her pay more money for “more space” on the cake, and they still failed to include our names that she wanted. Needless to say don’t order your graduation cakes from here this spring.
Anytime I have gone there ,it's not as friendly as it was years ago. Blizzards are dripping all over, the one on 10th Ave always puts a lid on and nothing dripping down the sides. Always crave a blizzard on Sunday but will wait till they open on Monday if I want one
My daughter and I came into eat dinner. We ordered 2 number ones. When our food came one was a single bacon burger the other was a single A1. The number 1 is a double bacon cheese burger. So they remade it. Not a big deal. Round 2 food comes out the right sandwiches but when we ordered my daughter ordered hers with no lettuce or tomato. It was on the receipt. Nope fully loaded. I went back up. The woman maybe a Manager couldn't be bothered,standing in drive thru leaning against the wall on her cell phone. The young man bagging orders helped me and I just asked for a top bun. Didn't ask for another remake. The face and the heavy sigh from the woman/manager you would have thought it was the biggest inconvenience. Clearly this is not Burger King where you can have it your way. If you special order it will be wrong multiple times and served with a handful of sassy and eye rolls.
