Went to get some ice cream with my boyfriend, we were the only people in line. No one greeted or acknowledged us. There was a younger girl with dark long hair that started helping us but clearly wasnt happy about it. Our ice cream was not mixed together like they usually do, everything was squished on top. Overall terrible customer service. Good ice cream, terrible service.
Ice cream and cakes are good. But if you order a cake don't expect them to have the one you ordered.
Good ice cream , but really needs bench seating, never enough seating , nice that it has the rewards program that you can use your phone number there on a screen
Very poor selection tonight, couldn't even get a vanilla ice cream cone. Servers had bad attitudes and rolled their eyes when asked if they had more than 4 flavors. Customers walked out of the store due to lack of choice of ice cream.
I went to cold stone creamery the other night. I was with some friends getting some quick ice cream while we are on that college studying grind. We arrived 30 min before closing and I felt bad because more and more people arrived after us and the workers obviously were stressed about the last minute flood of customers. I was like yeah I’ll tip this girl more than usual and all I got was a small milkshake. For 6 dollars by the way. Anyways i got my shake left a tip and realized that my milkshake was a shake of milk. I basically payed for a cup of milk. There was also barely any flavors left. I love cold stone and I was sadly disappointed in the outcome of last weeks experience. Frankly my night was ruined as my late night slumber was interrupted by my bowels result of said milkshake.
55 minute wait, to not have several main ingredients. Server helping others not in line. Servers times servers left the counter space for 10 min a time. We watch as over 12 people behind us walk out. We will choose differently from now on.
Generous portions and tasty combinations, Bring an appetite! Restaurant is a little dingy both inside and out.

Still great ice cream. Have cut down on the amount of flavors available. Some of the old standbys are no longer available.
