Just gets worse and worse. Smh city brew leave it up to someone like True Brew who knows what they are doing.
I’ve always had good experiences here until today. I ordered a HOT white mocha. They handed me a small hot cup with a shot and cold milk in it. When I addressed it with the girl I was given a hot coffee with no flavoring in it. At that point I didn’t care to wait for the drink to be made again and left.
I’ve been to City Brew a few times, and every time I have ordered, I get the same thing. A white mocha with caramel added. And every time, nothing is added. I am charged for the extra, of course, but never get it. The staff is also usually pretty rude. Never going there again.
I'm a simple man, coffee is good, service quick. I'm a happy simple man.
I super enjoy this City Brew along the northwest bypass, it’s always clean and a good place to have sit downs with other people. You already know City Brew has a bunch of good drinks, not just coffee, but teas and fun energizers too! With that they also have very good, ready made, croissants, cookies, and more.This is a fun, well-polished, Montana-based franchise that does a good job in customer service, providing a pleasant atmosphere, and most importantly-giving you that yummy, warm cup of joe! Highly recommend this franchise, try it out!
Nothing special. Didn't put whipped cream on any of them, told them twice but gave up once We were handed the drinks without it, it was even on the receipt "whipped cream" it's in the pictures of the drinks we ordered. And they weren't busy. Campfire mocha tasted like milk, white chocolate huckleberry was bearable and the granita was nothing special. Definitely would rather go to 10 other coffee places in great falls this was like a generic starbucks.
It was a bit of wait due to being very busy by the time I got my coffee it was cold the service was very good very pleasant ? workers and great product
Employees are not treated fairly and do not get breaks or lunches. Very hard to keep a manager around (we went through 4 in the year and a half I was working there). Overall not a clean place to work. At the beginning of the pandemic we were not provided face masks or gloves. A city brew employee in Missoula protested against working during a pandemic without proper equipment and City Brew fired her. Would not recommend working for this company or supporting this company whatsoever.
If you want lots of attitude with your coffee, want it wrong, and want it thankless - this is your place. Ordered inside on Saturday afternoon, 8/21 and got two iced lattes. When we got the attention of one of the two staff she huffed that was what we asked for and walked away. The assistant manager then gave us more attitude. Go to the Starbucks in the Albertson market instead, better coffe and way better service!
The ham and cheese pretzels are to die for. Huge variety, reasonable prices, delicious food and drinks, and impressively quick staff. 5 out of 5!!
