Not impressed at all. We stood there for awhile before an employee said sorry didn't see you there... we were next in line so not sure how they couldn't see us at the front of there counter. After they were done slopping our food together while acting irritated we were even getting food the lady at the cashier spot had me list off what all we bought. Pretty sure I am not working nor responsible for telling you. If I was dishonest I could have not paid for getting steak or any extras. I've worked years in food, customer service and this was THEE worst. I will never come back. Aside from the terrible service the food was incredibly bland and boring.
Limeade malfunction on taco Tuesday? ... $#@%@%$!# Love Rio but this is pretty bad, I bought a drink I couldn't get and the staff wasn't very helpful and all kinda pouty (except the girl slinging meat n beans on the tortillas doing the work of 2 ppl) apparently 'someone' didn't make limeade today they said ... or tea ... or horchata ... not a good day folks ? my salad was excellent quality food as usual but the vibe in here today with the youngins on staff just wasn't what Rio is usually all about and the dining room was a train wreck
Food is always decent but anything with beans in it has a TON of excess water in it. If they could keep the bean juice out of each meal, then this place would EASILY get 5 stars. Try their burritos enchilada style and their pork barbacoa salad with cheese on the tortilla!!!
Excellent food, quality and prices! The service was wonderful and the atmosphere was so much fun. Wish we had one near home.Thank you for a fantastic experience.
It was a little rough. The food was lukewarm, and we were rushed through the line so fast and there weren’t that many people in line, our food was just kind of slopped together. We both ended up with upset stomachs. Definitely a once and done.
I just wanna say CAFE RIOS FREE WIFI SUCKS if you are gonna be using their wifi you might as well buy a service plan.I was using their wifi because I don't have service,and I was playing a game and doing other things it was basically what it would be like without Wi-Fi except u can open things, but then they just freeze. The food is fine tho if you guys have good service then you should come here for the food, but don't use their Wi-Fi cuz their is absolutely no reason to.
What happened to this place? This review was once a five star. Saw someone put their hand in the cheese with no gloves, they don’t care to ask you if you want any sort of sauce. Or when they do put sauce they put the wrong stuff on there… Take the time to train your employees on health and customer service…
The FOOD is the best in the town!!.. Whoever is in the back cooking the food knows what there doin. The Employee s were very professional except this older guy I think I heard someone say his name was Levi.I m pretty sure he's a manager. He was very rude to his Employees n he had a attitude when he was making my food. Like he didn't want to do it. But besides him the food n everyone else was perfect. I recommend making him go to another place with that attitude. Because everyone was very friendly.
The food quality has gone way down, there is less variety, smaller portions and the got rid of the flavors for the soda. This use to be one of my family's favorites but now I don't think we will be coming back. PS the day we stopped in itvwas freezing inside.
When they first opened it was great. Now they make all the tortillas ahead if time. Today they were burnt. And there isn't an inch in the place not covered with dust, fuzz, or food strewn all over. The tables had not been wiped down in a long time, the floors hadn't been swept and the ceiling in the men's room was coming down. It was a fairly disgusting situation.
