Got tired of waiting all the time. As I was going, I noticed the buns would be crusty sometimes. I believe they switch out impossible for the regular whopper sometimes. The fry sauce must be really old because it makes me sick. I am disappointed in what used to be my favorite fast food place.. haven't tried the 10th Ave S location lately..
Don't go here lazy people give you food that sat a good 30mins and blame it on old oil they couldn't change out, but dosent explain rubbery cold food that's darkened from age sitting. They remake the food and forget some of the order. Cooperate has been called. Upon receiving our remake order they massed gave us 2 cold burgers and forgot our fries new guy slammed the window I'm our face and manager told us to f#$% off with corporate on the phone while on the phone with corporate hearing this. They're doing an internal investigation. They won't be there long running like that
When we arrived we ordered our meal,after we payed they had us sit in parking lot with around 9 other cars waiting on our meal. Then when we opened the bag I asked my wife what was burnt, it was the chicken nuggets .while we waited they took more orders to wait. That is unsatisfactory.
Waited 15 mins for a 5 item order. Ate in lobby, floor is disgusting, tables sticky. Bathroom destroyed. All around no cares for cleaning. Wouldn't recommend my worst enemy here. Employees good no issues.
The only good thing about this place is their playground is open for my 5 year old. They can never seem to get an order correct and the prep area is always a mess.
Just ordered from here through doordash- complete disappointment. Ordered Chicken Nuggets, Fries, and four double cheeseburgers- two normal and two just lettuce and mayo. The dasher arrived at BK and was told there were no fries and said they offered onion rings instead. None of us like them so we asked if they could substitute something else. The Dasher said she tried to ask but that the manager walked away and said they weren't doing it. Alright, okay. Dasher arrives, we get the food to find out that they messed up two of the burgers- all mayo and lettuce, two with pickles. All overcooked and soggy.
West side burger King has gone down hill. Went through drive thru to get breakfast. The food was old the hash browns over cooked and cold. They for got one of our breakfast sandwiche
Went to go to Burger King today for lunch saying they were running low on a few stuff no big deal got my burger but it does not taste right and it's a double so there's no cheese on one patty and the chicken nuggets taste funky would not recommend going there.
Bread was stale, mozzarella stick were cold and taste old, my suns chick fries were hard as well. I feel robbed of my 25$
The general manager and the staff and the assistant manager and all of their team are great workers they have brought the business up in so many ways I've never seen it look as amazing as it does
