Extremely Rude Customer Service my Husband tried ordering through the drive through. I called to make a complaint then the same worker doing the drive through got rude with me again when I asked to talk to his supervisor and hung up on me! Whoever the manager is needs to talk with the employee working the drive through today Saturday July 30th 2022 at 745 pm about customer service
We went there last night and our food was absolutely cold and disgusting. Spent money on a meal we just threw away. Our onion rings were cold and like soggy. Our chicken nuggets were cold as well. The cashier was a rude as well. Definitely not impressed.
In the past, I've always had wrong orders, burnt or gross food. Now they have a new manager and she was the highlight of my visit! I haven't eaten at the BKs here for a long time due to poor quality/service but now it seems they have improved and my food was hot n fresh! My order was correct and the service was absolutely wonderful! Will be eating here more often now?
Incredible service last night. The food is always fresh and the folks at the window are friendly. If you want value and food and service. Go see them.
The lady that helped us was super rude. She keep shutting the drive through window on us. When we had a question then said really snotty answering about our order. Told us we could we couldn't have coffee with our order. Then she got mad because we ask about a different drink.
A wonderful employee named Chentel Wilson provided exponential service with my order and her kindness brighten my day. My order was flawless As well as well put together. So a big thank you to Burger King for hiring an employee such as her. Can’t wait to come back for more.
On my recent visit to BK in Great Falls Montana I received EXCELLENT service and friendly atmosphere. Chentel was my favorite part of the visit!! She was so nice to my kids and made sure we had everything we needed and that our order was perfect for my very picky eaters. She made the visit a 5 star experience for sure. DONT LOSE HER EVER!!
When I visited the Burger King at 1605 10th Ave, it was obvious that something stressful was going on. As I was placing my order, the computer system started going crazy and then all the screens went completely blank. The manager in charge, Chentel, was very professional and greeted each customer as they walked in. She remained calm, continued taking orders, and made things work while basically having to complete things like they use to before computers. Even through this stressful and chaotic time, she kept a smile on her face, made sure that the customers were served in a timely fashion, and were satisfied with the service they received. Chentel apologized for the inconvenience and made sure to express her best wishes for a better day to everyone as they left. I plan on returning very soon. And by the way, the food was hot, fresh, and tasty. Thank you manager Chentel, your positive attitude is greatly appreciated.
This place is disgusting!! 5 out of 5 times they have disappointed with cold, old, nasty food.. shut it down already, n replace it with a restaurant that cares. Pay your employees a decent way.
There's no royalty at this BK. 20-30 minute wait if there is even one person ahead of you. Food is burnt on occasion. Won't do drive thru moblie orders.
