Hands down wonderful location to stop in Great Falls. My buffalo chicken sandwich was hot so fresh!!! The onion rings were the perfect crunch yet soft smooth onion ring, our server was so sweet checked in on us a couple times... nice place for hot fresh food with a friendly smile in the bar!!!
My husband and I went to Buffalo Wild Wings in Great Falls Mt today at a430. After sitting for ten minutes they came and asked for drink order and we gave food order at same time. It was not busy, one table of 6 maybe another one or two. Soon 3 young men came in and got their food. We still did not have ours. A table of 3-4 came in, ordered and received their food. When we entered there was no one in the covered outdoor eating area. When after over an hour of waiting and seeing these other people get their food, ( I had already asked our server to check our order which if she did, it was several minutes after she waited in another table, we told her we were leaving and left! I am very disappointed ( and still hungry). I don’t think we will try this restaurant again any time soon!
My bf loved the wings, I even ate some lemon pepper ones and it wasn't bad. Their fries rock and the burger was good. They have a room that has big windows that open up. It's so cool!!
Over priced chicken!! Service was lousy to say the least!! No host on duty to seat us, would have spent more on drinks if they would have checked our table but never did?? Food order was wrong ( didn't get the side orders right ) then food portions were small to say the least!! It was my son's 18th birthday and it was supposed to be a kinda special dinner and dessert but we definitely picked the wrong place!! I'll never spend another cent at that joint! ????
Don’t go here if you want to wait two plus hours for food that’s cold and has a hair in it , wouldn’t recommend for a group setting and customer service was ?
Ate to much and enjoyed shredded beef and chicken nachos with wings and different sauces. The service was great. I think everyone knows it is a sports bar. One of my favorite places to watch Cats GRIZZ game.
I liked it !! The fact that it took a while to get the food is not ok but we weren't mad! Food was good! The server was a lady that was polite and had a lot of work! It was her and another guy server only! After the pandemic understaffed restaurants are common.
Like the food here. However the take out part is in need of improvement. I’ve never gotten what I ordered and have ordered 10 plus times online. I don’t want a gift certificate. Just would like for employees to check things more. When dining in, you wait forever to be seated. And food takes a long time to come out. Again I like the food and service is usually friendly. Just hoping to give helpful feedback back.
So I really love sitting down and getting great food and service here. On the other hand, I ordered online and showed up and waited at the take out desk. I was completely ignored by all the wait staff and finally saw and fetched my bag from behind the counter after 10 minutes without speaking to a single person and watching several people getting seated after I got there.
Think two stars might be high on this. The person who sat us informed us that they were a little backed up. That’s okay. Waiting a few minutes doesn’t kill me. What did kill me was sitting there for over twenty minutes before someone took our orders. Then waiting about 10 minutes for the waitress to come up and ask if we sat ourselves after she took our order. Then waiting about another 15 for drinks to show up. I understand it’s busy as there is a big group here as well. But, blaming the kitchen for you forgetting about your customers is not the right way to go.
