We ordered 2 team platters for 5 adults. The amount of food that came to our table was insane! We all got super stuffed. And we were able to make 3 big to-go boxes of food to take home. Then........ The server came around with the dessert menu and omg...... To due for is all I can say! Good service, nice food and then the awesome dessert was a perfect cap to the dinner we had enjoyed! Thanks guys!
customer service was terrible. ordered pasta and when it got to my table the sauce was running off of the noodles and tasted like watery cheese. they then wouldn’t take off those items from our ticket even though we hadn’t even taken a bite, nor did they offer us in-store credit. they literally told us “order something else next time”
We are visiting Great Falls from Utah and went to Boston's for dinner. Our experience in Great Falls has been less than friendly, however our server, Cierra, was incredible. She was attentive, personable, kind, and helpful. By far, she has been the kindest person we have interacted with so far.
Real bummer about my last two pastas from here… “Creamy” was the descriptive word to describe texture. “Soup” would be the word I’d use. Not “soupy”, just “soup”. The first time I had pasta from you guys, I was singing it’s praises. It now more aligns with chunky soup. Would love to see that change soon.Otherwise, the atmosphere is cool here. You have a good group working as well. Fix that pasta recipe and you got yourself a 5 star rating!
I love Boston's I love Casey and I love Rachel the food was the best corned beef and cabbage I have ever had in my entire life and I'm originally from Butte so that's saying a lot so thank you very much for feeding me such a wonderful wonderful dish I greatly appreciated it and it tasted phenomenal
The staff is very nice, polite. The lunch was so excellent . Never disappointed. The food choices were nice. Love the variety. The staff is friendly, they do everything to help and make your experience to be fun, helpful. The food, drinks are excellent ! I've been there quite a few times. I am never disappointed. I would recommend to anyone one.
I've been here twice. The 1st time was amazing! Customer service is always on point. Food is always tasty and they have such a large selection. The 2nd time I went, it seemed like my date got food poisoning from the Sicilian pizza it was still tasty though
Excellent food. Descent prices. Staff was friendly and attentive but not obtrusive. We enjoy Boston's and this one was no different. Will he back.
Horrible experience and customer service, the server was high, they brought the wrong food multiple times, charged our friend's card double a fee for no reason. the Manager lacks skill and experience in the craft. Place doesn't deserve a second visit.
Great food. Great selection. Great service. We went two nights in a row because we enjoyed our meals and there was plenty to choose from the second night.
