Cheyenne was very nice and polite. Food was good.
Amy was our server and she was the best! Very friendly and helpful with questions. She checked in often and made sure we were taken care of. Even had some pies made fresh for us that they were out of!
Our food was just about done when we had an emergency and had to leave. I informed our waiter, Alex, and he quickly jumped to action getting our food packaged in to-go containers. He didn't leave anything out, plastic silverware, napkins, sauces, etc. Great job! When we were finally able to eat.... the food was fantastic! I got the All- you- can-eat fish fry and my husband got the meatloaf. This was our first time here, but we will definitely be back next time we're in town.
Arrived about 15 minutes to closing but they sat me down and I ordered a soda and the 14 oz porter house medium rare. Food was brought out pretty quickly. The salad was yummy. I love the papa bear habanero sauce. I used that on my French fries. I enjoyed my food.
I ate breakfast at this restaurant today , and it was Amazing!! I highly recommend the delicious bear paw shaped blackberry stuffed French toast. It's incredible! The bacon and eggs taste fresh and perfectly cooked to order. The coffee is perfect as well. Our server was friendly, and did a fabulous job serving us and the rest of her customers! I recommend you try this restaurant and find your favorite menu items too. * This restaurant also features beautiful bear carvings and decor. It's great for hungry bears of all ages !
Great food ate there 3 times while staying in Great Falls for work, had the Santa Maria tri tip dinner and the blackened salmon dinner, also had the 5 layer chocolate cake
Taco salad meat was disgusting. Heated and reheated at least 10 times. Smelled aweful! Didn't offer any discount on salad. Just laughed.
I have been traveling all over the Western United States all year for work, and I have been looking for Eggs Benedict to no avail. So when I walked in to Black Bear I was expecting to be let down "Again" But to my surprise when I asked Jen ,my waitperson she asked me which type of potatoes I would like...Yay!! And it was amazing... Jen was a very pleasant and professional server and allowed me to enjoy the amazing food in front of me..Thank you for making this tired truck driver feel like a human being ...I highly recommend...I will be back..Thank You...John
My husband and I got a to go order here and we’re very impressed! We got the crispy chicken bacon ranch wrap and the turkey club and loved them. The fries were amazing! However, my favorite part about the whole meal is that I could tell the insides of my wrap were mixed. Just was refreshing to not have a whole bite of lettuce and tortilla! The turkey club was also good but a little dry.
