The food cold the lettuce is wilted it's about the third time I thought I'd give it a couple chances but don't go whatever you do I thought Arby's was better than that
After a mishap with my order, not only did they remake my order, but the cook came out and apologized to me personally. That really made an impression.... I rarely see this kind of integrity in a fast food restaurant.
Pretty sad that are know for there classic beef and chedder sandwich and the sandwich i had to reassemble it and no cheese or arby's sauce meat was dry. Then you look inside from the drive through and see them play with a magic 8 ball toy instead of getting your order correct. Do better
Little disappointed that they don't carry ham any more. They were also out of Coke and Arby's Sauce. The food was good though. Friendly service.
I had an absolutely disgusting experience here. I ordered 8 buffalo chicken sliders, received 8 sliders that were as cold as being in a refrigerator. So I parked and went inside to show them and they literally just stuck them in the microwave in front of me and refused to give me a refund because apparently that’s how they make their sliders according to the lady there. So I paid 16 dollars for this? Gross! ? I highly recommend going to the arbys on 10th instead! I don’t mind waiting 15 minutes to get food that’s actually been cooked!! Never going to the west side one again.
I have gone through the drive threw 2 times now and both times bad customer service. They hand you your food so fast. And they never ask if you need anything else. I asked for some sauce and the person gave me this look like. I can't believe you need this. It makes me not want to go there anymore..
We ordered some stuff one of the employees was in a bad mood so we shook it of as usual etnats not the pint tho we started eating then we found out they forgot some thing we went back he got us ore stuff but elwe ordered 4 sandwiches but got 2 we were taking to the manager then she just said ok by and left us with the employe he told us to go we did we are not going back to that arbeys
Went through the drive thru today with my daughter and had the best customer service. The gentleman at the window was very friendly and engaging and made our day with his humor. The food was great also.
Die Hard Arby fan here , So way back from when the oven might was actually a hat or so I believed then was a know to the "BIG MONTANA ". Whatever the cause though I find Arby's to be the most satisfying fast food , yet slowly roasted chain out there.
Staff need to listen better when taking someone's order. Then they can fill orders correctly. Staff need to make sure the order is completely filled before giving the order to the customer That way patrons don't have to return to get all their order
