The drive thru is kind of bizarre the way its set up but overall had a great experience. My only complaint is that we didn't get sauce we asked for but since it was lunch time and im sure chaos ensued in the store i didn't complain as the food was still hot and good.

Was in Great falls,and we were killing time,only ordered a couple of thing's,we were the only ones in there,and they couldn't bring us our food? Seriously,6 ppl working not even 11,and they forgot our mariner sauce. Food was good. Thanks

I went through the drive-through the girl taking the orders shut me up before I could ask for RV sauce and horse riders saying I could get that at the window when I asked at the window he said it was in the bag of course when I got home there was neither in the bag and the order was all wrong was not very impressed

Earlier today I visited the Arby's on 10th Ave S in Great Falls, MT. Probably the worst experience I've ever had. The young lady at the till was very good. She was polite, helpful and knew her products. After taking our order (7 meals) we went to fill our drinks. Three of the sodas were either empty or running out. When I stepped up to the counter to let them know this the supervisor/manager had pulled all the workers to fill the one order, leaving a minimum of 6-8 people standing in line with no one to take their orders. Not only that but the supervisor/manager looked my way several times and blatantly ignored me but I remained quietly at the counter so she turned my way and said they couldn't help me again till the order was filled. I said that there were other problem out there. She was visibly out of her element. When the young lady from the till brought me the order I told her about the soda machine, at that time the supervisor/manager whipped around and said "if it out, it's out". Never have I been treated so rudely especially by upper management. She was clearly unfit for her position. The young lady at the till would be much better suited to the position.

The young lady taking the order was very good, so the star is for her! Outside of that the entire experience was a sizzling train wreck ?The supervisor (or whatever her title) was rude, inconsiderate, and just plain Infuriating! They were out of multiple drinks and she said “if it’s out they’re out.” They were completely out of salad (lunch time). She pulled every person to help with our order (which was rather large) and left everyone else waiting to give they’re order. Really? Apparently she needs some training! So here ya go honey, take one or 2 people to work on the large order and KINDLY explain it will take some time, leave someone to run the till and others to cook and fill orders. This should be helpful since common sense is a flower that doesn’t grow in everyone’s garden and you clearly have none and are out of your realm of expertise. Time to find a new career path!

Ordered 3 meals 2 of witch had shakes and got this. With no explanation I had to ask why it did not have wip cream even I was told "oh sorry we are out of shake cups?" And that was it!

I ordered a beef and cheddar today and got a sandwich that had a hard bun on the bottom and after I ate half of it, I pulled it apart and noticed that the bbq sauce had created a pink stain not only on the bun but on the meat itself - which means that sandwich had sat for HOURS before being given to me. AND I specifically asked for crinkle cut fries and told the cashier I cant stand curley fries - I got curley fries. I am now running to the bathroom every 15 mins after just eating half the beef and cheddar, I am so angry and done right now! I will never eat at this location again

Solid Arby's no complaints. Staff was very friendly. Food came out quickly as well.

Food was good. Hit the spot.

Always have good food, mostly always nice staff.
