So the visit was totally spontaneous the other day. My wife suggested Lucas we were approaching the big Applebees sign. And I've turned down a meal many a time before, but something inside was saying "no let's go in and eat." Not only was it probably one of my favorite meals to date and the restaurant was not packed like every other time before. Great service, awesome food and price was surprisingly great too.Btw..... We both had the Mac n cheese with fried chicken with honey and Bacon bits coating them. I will be back for that meal again.....Super impressed!
It was horrible. Everyone in the restaurant was seated in one section. The waitress was cleaning and kept asking if we were ready to pay. My food was not good. Had the Southwest Bowl and apart from a little heat, it was tasteless. The noise from the bar was very loud.
Our order was messed up. The servers was very nice. But they literally messed up 5 times.
I'm not even sure what to say. Service was great. Not sure what happened to the food. Menu used to be much better including specials. My food was, warm to the touch. The garlic parm chicken wings were basically all raw garlic. The mashed potatoes were like someone tried to make instant potatoes but didn't know how. This was by far the worst restaurant food I've had in some time. It's not the server's fault though. She was great.
The service was great and friendly. Our apitizers of chicken wonton tacos were excellent. However, for my main course the shrimp were definitely undercooked and clear rather then white and pink. My chicken was excellent though. My wife's stake was extremely chewy. She had to cut it into very small pieces just to make it edible. Overall, wouldn't go back for the shrimp or steak but they seem to do some things well on their menu like their appetizers and chicken.
I believe this particular restaurant deserves a one star rating. The service was awful. After we were seated, we waited for 5 min and still weren't offered anything to drink. Not sure if the floor supervisors wear red shirts or not but she passed by and showed no attention at all. Two servers were just standing near the bar over looking the tables. They only seemed concerned for their own sections and not helping each other out. We ended up leaving. I do not recommend eating at this Applebees.

Restaurant is located in a beautiful place with beautiful view. Service was friendly. We did like food. We will come back ?
I have been to some bad applebees but this is a good one. Good food, good service (for carry out anyway). One time I messed up my online order and put it for the next day. I called to let them know and they trusted me and made my food and gave it to me knowing they would be paid when my order went through the next day.
This Applebee's has super friendly staff and prompt service. Even when they were busy they got it right.In general, Applebee's isn't my kind of place, but the best thing about Applebee's is their well laid out and detailed menu that means anybody can find something! And the online ordering and pickup is straightforward and accurate. With calorie counts and substitutions allowed, picking and customizing two chicken salads was a breeze.
