Unfortunately this Wendy’s has become permanently effected my Covid-19 .They no longer have the lobby open at all on the weekends… they have decided to open the Koby for half days SOMETIMES during the week. I don’t know who is calling the shots here but it truly makes me want to boycott this store until they decide to operate under normal hours.Every time I come here I see at least 2-3 groups of people walk up to the door, pull the handle, and walk away cussing because this store no longer provides customer service… please somebody fix it!
Hot chicken sandwich was good, staff is a trainwreck.
Dining inside open. Clean lobby. Young man who took our order obviously was ready to get out of there. Wanted 4/4 chili instead of fries. Wouldn't substitute. No salad, no baked potatoes. Restroom was dirty.
Normally I have a great experience with Wendy's. But manager Kenny very confrontational and does not act normal. Scared to have him near my food!
No matter how busy it is, the crew cranks it out!Drive-thru only due to lack of staff. Waited 34 minutes one time! Expect to wait 15 minutes most noon hours, but they're hiring for $20/hr still if you want to wait less...!
Well I'm glad they stay up a little late I was hungry the other day and thank goodness for Wendy's I caught him just in time for being so late I thought maybe I'd get some cold sandwiches but it was nice and hot fries were good the chili was good and the kids smiling you know I couldn't ask for anything more thank you Wendy's and I recommend that you stop by and grab some chili maybe a chicken sandwich thanks Wendy's
Ordered a chicken sandwich which was pretty wimpy compared to the size at most other places. While the local store doesn't have much control over that, they do control how well they listen to the customer: I ordered it without lettuce, and the reply I got back was that it doesn't come with lettuce, that it comes with a, "spring lettuce mix," and no indication that it was going to be removed. When taking orders from customers, please listen to the spirit of the request. What I got felt like nit picking on verbiage. Otherwise my order was fine.
Long drive thru wait but still the best value for your money.
Great place im a truck driver and with the lobby not open I could not use the drive through so I called and a wonderful employee took my order so I could have dinner for the night since I ran out of time
Geeat service but frive thru terribly laid out. Line always wraps around building in to paeking lot.
