As a doordasher:1) They do not allow lobby pick-up.2) While I was in a long-line they asked me to go back around as a new delivery was put onto my dash.As a regular customer:3) they often have staff that are very short and rude to me.
Great service! My burger was dropped to the ground while I did drive through. The girl just offered to make me a new one!
Fast friendly food was good and fresh like they say. Fries were hot and fresh I would stop again on my trips.
For employees making $20/he they absolutely hate their jobs and it's evident going there. I'm m not expecting 5 star food by any means but some just a little customer service would be nice. We got when we pulled up to the drive-thrus what can I get you! Say give us just a minute we're looking take about a minute can I help you with something. Can I help you find something. Tell him what we're looking for and He suggests something different. Then we get to the drive-thru window and all we hear from the gentleman is the total that is it not Hi how are you your total is. Customer service is gone out the window at the end my husband said Thank you and the gentleman just closed the window and didn't say anything. We will never be back we will tell others to never go there. It was the older gentleman heavy set scraggly hair working the window that was so incredibly rude.
Stopped after work to grab some burgers and fries! Best fast food!
Did is good... especially the fries. Service was quick and efficient. I like doing here to grab a quick bite.
Go to a different Wendy's, order delivery from the other Wendy's. Whatever is wrong with this store, is consistent. Multiple times I've been handed damaged soda cups in the drive through that dump soda all over my console when I go to set them down. If the fries are hot, the sandwich is room temperature, and vice versa. I barely go here any more because the drive thru is reliably 20-30 minutes wait time, and good staff never last. At least the 19th Street location doesn't hand out cups the lid won't stay on.

Wow. Just spent $9.19 for a small fry, lg. coffee and a chicken sandwich with the smallest filet I've ever been served and rotten lettuce. I get that labor and employment are low, but observing rotten food and slapping it on a sandwich anyway? Gross Wendy's. You're about as quality as Burger King.
30 minutes in drive through lane. Lobby not open. Severely understaffed. Too bad because great value for great food.
