I had the duck fried rice special and ate some burnt ends (also special) and octopus karrage off friend's plates. The burnt ends and octopus were both fantastic, and came with a sauce that complemented the flavor well. The fries rice was also tasty, however I got overwhelmed by the amount of seasoning (could be personal taste). Music was a smidge loud, but otherwise the place was clean and welcoming.
Of all the places we have tried in Bozeman this is one of the best. The food is excellent. The Pork, Ramen is delicious, rich and well balanced flavors. Everything we tried here was great. Karaage chicken, curry, and Katsu all exceptional. Be sure to give the Mochi donut holes a try, delicious with a bit of lemon curd !
Delicious ramen, beautiful decor, convenient location. The miso soup is a great starter, and the pork ramen is my favorite entree.
Really enjoyed eating here! We had a large group and they were very accommodating. The aesthetics of the restaurant are very pleasing. I could imagine this being a wonderful spot for an intimate dinner conversation, or just an easy hang with a group of friends at the bar seating. The food was excellent, there were some good options on the menu, but not too many that it would be overwhelming. The servers were kind and knowledgeable and were just the right amount of classy, not overly talkative or interruptive, but seemed to know when to interject into our conversation. Great experience, highly recommended.
This place has a wonderful atmosphere, quality sake selection and great apps as well as a variety of delicious Ramens.Their egg in the Tonkatsu rame I ordered was perfectly soft boiled. Their tempura octopus was well prepared and gad an amazing dipping sauce to go along with it.
Tanoshii is one of my favorite places in town! It has such a great atmosphere with friendly and knowledgeable staff. The Korean fried chicken is killer and the coconut milk panna cotta is the perfect thing to end your meal with. It's the best spot in town after a long day of skiing, I highly recommend stopping in.
Every single time I go, great service and great food. You can really tell when you walk in here that not only are the chefs passionate, but the servers as well. Going in the evening is my favorite because it’s very consistent and it’s just such a vibe. I love the music they play and the different specials they create each night. My favorite comfort meal in Bozeman :)
The food is absolutely delicious! We ordered Brussels sprouts, zucchini noodles, curry, Korean chicken, veg ramen with egg and a tofu every dish had such beautiful flavors and textures! We were confused and asking ourselves, how in the hell did he get a Brussels sprouts and tofu to be so divine!! The chef is Magic and very nice. He came over and gave us insight on his method of cooking the tofu! All of the staff were so welcoming friendly and thoughtful. We loved everything and hope to go back soon!!
A fabulous New Years Eve dinner! Everything was spot on. Great presentations and wine pairings. Customer service was above the rest. Most importantly the flavors were wonderfully delicious! Thank you Chef! Happy New Year!
Some of the best food I’ve had in Bozeman. Will definitely be back. Noodle bowl was amazing.
