I stopped at this Taco Bell for a quick breakfast on my way through Bozeman to Boise Idaho At about 10 o'clock in the morning. I ordered a sausage breakfast crunchwrap. What I got out of the drive-through was mostly tortilla shell. There were hardly any ingredients on the inside of what I ordered. Not only that it cost $4 for this particular item item definitely not worth that much money if all they give you is a tortilla shell with only a few things on the inside. It was poorly put together.

I went inside today. There was garbage and food all over the floor in the Kitchen. People in the kitchen was walking over the garage and continuing to work. It had a bad smell in there. Most of the tables were dirty. Not going there again. This place was disgusting inside. I ordered three tacos, the meat was cold, and very little meat. I think it was sitting around for awhile, and old.

Extra star because the guy and gal at the drive thru were pleasant. I was the only person in line though, and they couldn’t even take their time to put together a decent breakfast they were charging $12 for.I was pleasant and non-demanding with my order too, so they have no reason to treat my meal like it’s something they can just flop together…There was minimal steak in the grande toasted steak burrito (mostly soggy tomatoes and a spoon full of steak on the bottom). They forgot to put sausage in the Crunchwrap as well, sausage bits maybe?I am usually not very picky considering I am ordering fast food, rather than making at home..But when I’m in between going to work and just want a decent meal for energy, it doesn’t seem a lot to ask for the cooks to put just some effort into making a proportioned and delicious meal, when you weren’t busy at all?Even if you are busy, gotta make it happen. Give management solutions, do what it takes. Try to make a change, rather than be an NPC at your job.I think the pay 18-20+ now, so it’s not asking too much to put extra care into stuffing a Crunchwrap. I remember when I made $8.25 at that location. Humble yourself, and if you can’t put an effort into making simple food to support your living here in Bozeman, move on to something else?18-20 is a dream to a lot of people!Anyhow, management, your Tuesday crew in the morning needs some backup and more motivation from you to cook what the drive thru menu shows??

Good food is a good price we went through the drive-thru

Ordered two Crunchwrap supremes. They both had close to no meat on them and only lettuce. Definitely wasn’t worth paying for.

Don't do DoorDash and order from them. The people obviously can't read. First thing on the receipt was a drink but driver was told there was no drink included.

They seem to heavily prioritize the drive thru customers here, which led to a very long service time for me as a walk-in/take-out customer. Service was via kiosk but they forgot one of my items. CHECK YOUR BAG before leaving! 5 for prices, 4 for food “quality” (meaning consistency; we all know what we’re getting into when we eat this stuff, right?), 1 for basic order accuracy, 3 for service courtesy, 1 for order speed as an in-store customer, and 4 for access/parking. A bonus thing I noticed: when I’m waiting for my order, I don’t want a view of the food prep area, where this crew was throwing trash on the floor and being loud. Management issues might be a thing here.

Sometimes they forget to cut my quesadilla, but the Baja blast makes up for it

It's one of the better fast food chains, I understand some people work hard here, however, the general customer service is usually not that great. It's decent food, but just about everything else is just below average as you would really expect at a fast food restaurant.

Great service, good food, thank you
