What a fantastic brunch experience we had here on a recent trip to Bozeman! It was a drizzly Saturday late AM and we were hungry. Enough so, I we had no problem with a long wait. We ended up being presented with the option of sitting at the counter after maybe 15 minutes tops, we we took advantage of. I ordered the Monte Cristo, I have had a love affair with this 'sandwich' for decades and it is rare to find it on any menu down in the southwest. My friend ordered the Vaquero (breakfast burrito). The portions are HUGE. In fact the Monte Cristo could have easily been split between 2-3. I literally could only eat a 1/4 of it. I had hash browns as well as I wanted to try all of their hot sauces. I think my favorite was the green/jalapeno one. Anyway, the Monte Cristo was seriously on point and absolutely scrumptious. My friend went to town on her Vaquero (also could have been split given the size). Staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They make their own hot sauces there (and you can buy them) so I took a bottle of the habanero (orange) sauce to go and flew that baby back to AZ to douse my food with.

THIS WAS GRAND! Portions were insane! I can’t even remember wha to ordered, sat at the bar and the guy next to me ordered something completely different and it just all was incredible. Service was fun, and while packed, service went at a good pace. View of the kitchen and seeing the food being prepped was awesome, love the dedication to quality. 10/10 will immediately go again when in Bozeman!

My new favorite breakfast joint. When I say it's worth the wait, I mean I could've waited 2+ hours and I would've found something to do.The Monte Cristo is perfect. A fried pancake bun and 7 layer ham and swiss cheese is not for the faint of heart. I had an interesting experience which was that it tasted better cooled off in the car for an hour after my breakfast than it did hot and ready. Not to take away. The hot sauces were amazing and I bought the chipotle just to take home with me. In house hot cocoa hot the spot and the chorizo, 7 layer ham, and bacon are just amazing. Their meat is damn near perfect!Hard to mess up eggs. Hashbrowns could be better ?

Easily the best breakfast experience in town backed up with a lovely staff of friendly, kind humans. The Vaquero burrito with bacon has been a weekly staple for me for years. To say that I love it wouldn’t quite give the meal justice. It’s a meal crafted in love - everything from the home raised meat to the nit picky attention to detail of every other ingredient. Such a wonderful symphony of flavor. Truly, it is a beautiful meal and feels like the first time, every time I eat it. Look no further and treat yourself to the goodness.

This place is special. If there’s a wait, it is always worth it because each bite booms with textures and clever, intricate flavors and each meal beams my stomach with sunshine and love. I love the environment, the staff is amazing, and what a story! A Montana family who raises the beef and makes everything with care, zest and detail? The Po Campo is my go-to. And the Reuben’s memory still makes me feel those loving, satisfied emotions.

Tried the castle burger and it was delicious! The only part I didn't like of my experience was the gentleman in the back that cursed at all the employees and didn't care that customers could hear. I don't approve of verbal abuse, especially in a setting like a restaurant. Ladies up front were courteous and did their jobs very well ?

More savory deliciousness than one could ever hope for. Checked all my lifetime breakfast bucket list. Sausage check. Smashed Hashbrowns, check. eggs over easy, Check. what ever the added sauce is double check. Being entertained by the kitchen staff added bonus. I recommend never ever pass up the breakfast specials.

Delicious food, generous portion, fair price and fantastic service! I had the Po Campos and it was so good!

Great food and service! Location can't be beat; right next door to Granny's Gourmet Donuts.

Menu was somewhat limited for breakfast or brunch. Service was not quick but not super slow, either. One of three breakfast dishes we ordered was either overcooked or deep fried in old oil...very dark and greasy!
