I ordered a grande white chocolate mocha and everyone was getting there drinks before me. I was waiting for about 10 minutes and asked someone if they made it. They said they were out of white mocha so apparently they just decided to not make it because they didn’t have white mocha. This was very frustrating because the fact that I spent money and was waiting and they just decided to not make it. I got my coffee and it tastes like dog water. Very disappointed with this Starbucks.

If I’m going to treat myself, I tend to lean towards this location as their Starbucks app is up to date & they are on top of their orders more often than not. I’ve only had to wait around for my order (that I ordered ahead) once (and that was because the place was slammed.)However, today I had to wait over 30 minutes and had my drink made wrong three times.Friendly staff, up to date Starbucks app makes me want to give this spot my business more often than the other location on 11th.However, be best aware.Come here ! Their more often than not on point but don’t go inside they’ll loose your order and make you wait over 30 minutes.

The only reason to choose a chain in a town like this is because of consistency. And now Starbucks doesn't even have that. You never know when the lobbies are open...you never know when you can walk in and pick up an order... They just assume that everyone has the ability to drive through an 8-ft tall drive-thru.

Took a sip of my drink and it was chunky. Went inside and told them their cream was bad and she proceeded to tell me cream gets like that when it’s cold. I told her no it gets like that when it’s been open too long or bad. They made me another one with the same chunky cream! So gross, through it away and won’t be back. Waste of time and money.

We had to give them our order twice, they tried to give us someone else’s sandwich, they didn’t scan our member account, both our drinks were short by half an inch and the barista at the window had her back to us the whole time. We went out of our way to collect on a star promotion and it was an entire waste of 20 minutes of our day. Very unimpressed with this location.

I'm a "regular" in the drive-thru at this location & by that I mean, I've been going there pretty much EVERY day for the last 2 years.They have the most amazing staff. Big thanks to my favorite barista, Ariana! I like to think of her as my "coffee angel". She knows it's me at the speaker before even seeing me at the window. In my experience, that level of customer service is rare & I appreciate it so much! I'm greeted with a smile & positive attitude every morning, no matter how slammed they are. Sometimes they even write cute messages on my cup... I'm a customer for life!! I'm sure my husband wishes I wasn't but this is non-negotiable ?

We waited in a pretty long line for a coffee, it was my moms birthday and we just wanted to get her a free birthday drink! The guy told us to have the app and that should work so we got the app and then got to the window and they changed what they said and apparently couldn’t do it? Super frustrating when we waited in a line and we’re told to download an app etc, just to have it be wrong. Thanks Starbucks ? the service was so bad we didn’t even want to order at all!

When I travel I stop at Starbucks for coffee because it's usually acceptable nationwide. That remains true. I like sugar and cream in my coffee. Those items are no longer available for convenient use, and when I asked for sugar the server paused as if I was asking for a wrongful act, then a quick consult with a colleague, and the sugar was handed over. The experience was not welcoming.

Get the cheddar garlic bread. You won’t be disappointed. Rosa’s never disappoints and the food is always quick to come out.

Amazing service, the people here are just amazing and such quality baristas. I ended up getting a free drink because there was a mess up. Love this store so much! Zeke, Kiv, and Ashley in particular were so nice and helped me decide what to get, providing extremely good service.
