The drinks are always consistent, very good
I just realized I rated the wrong starbucks but ive been to this one and its great too!
They asked how I was feeling and always know my drink though I've changed it now
Fabulous, great coffee and snacks.
Rude customer service, constantly argued about my order.
Well, I was a "regular" here for about 2 years but I haven't been back since a new employee decided to stand there and essentially bring it to arguing with me about my drink. She literally stood there and disputed how I want my own drink.I've drank the same thing, made the same way for years. I admit it's a little unconventional, but most of the time it's not an issue. I drink a Grande, Iced Carmel Machiatto, with extra, extra caramel & whipped cream. Many of the barista's in town know me by my drink. I'm always nice and polite, and come in nearly every day and tip every day.So when I noticed this Barista wasn't making my drink correctly, I very politely asked her to put more caramel in it (which I'm happy to pay extra for if it's an issue, but it normally isn't). She turned and proceeded to tell me she'd put plenty of caramel. Then other Barista even stepped in and told her she had used the wrong caramel , but that didn't stop the first barista. She continued to essentially argue with me until I told her this was my drink, I don't care what she thinks, IKNOW how I like my drink.Finally she stopped arguing with me and just made my drink. I wasn't trying to be rude, I just know how I like my coffee and if I'm paying for it, and ask for it to be made a certain way, it shouldn't be a problem.Anyways, when she finished the drink she handed it to me and said, "The next one is on me." I told her that wasn't necessary. I just wanted my drink the way I wanted my drink. She then said, "well our Motto is to never have a customer leave unhappy"..... what!?!! Then WHY would you stand there and challenge me about my drink!?? What are you doing ?? Regardless, I did leave unhappy, unbelievably unhappy. Being a loyal customer for 2 years, never having a problem with anyone, always being polite and friendly... and then to be treated so disrespectful.So, I'm done. I'll go elsewhere for my coffee. I still gave 3 stars because the other employees have always been great. But I refuse to go somewhere and pay to be treated like that.
Stopped in to grab a couple drinks and was met by a friendly barista who didn't rush my young daughter to say her order. The drinks were good, too.
We have lived here for two years now and the Starbucks has not gotten any better. If anything it has gotten worse. I am a regular Starbucks drinker, and have been to many in my life in different states and countries and this Starbucks with out a doubt is not only the worst but the most inconsistent one I have ever been to. The staff overall are very friendly, but sadly I do not think they know how to make a drink. Which speaks a lot to their management. It feels like they are thrown in without really being taught anything which is not their fault. An example, I ordered an iced coffee one time and there was no form of coffee in their whatsoever. I literally was handed a large glass of iced milk. Normally I do not write reviews, but the reason I am is because I to this day rarely have had a decent drink from this specific Starbucks and Starbucks prides themselves on their consistency. I think they need to work on that.
Gotta have that coffee!!!!!!!! Friendly employees.
The staff here is always super friendly and they do an excellent job managing crowds and impatient customers as there is usually only one employee working. Coffee is tasty and makes safeway a better place.
