Another bad experience here this morning. The catty girls that work here didn't warm up my croissant and gave me a cup that had coffee and whipped cream spilled all over it. Not to mention yesterday I went in and two girls at around 4pm were laughing at me when I picked up a mobile order. One girl had blond curly hair and the other had black very long straight hair. Today I'm calling corporate about my mistreatment at this location. You girls need to grow up.
Its a chain store coffee shop... nothing special about it. Lots of parking spots, though good luck getting out as they are not smart enough to route or paint lines down for the drive-thru customers so the sit-in customers can get in and out of the parking lot.
High staff turnover here causing broad uncertainty around whether dining room opens as well as unpredictable service times. Product is still the product, though. Plenty of parking and decent access.
Walked 15 minutes to this location, drive through only. There were zero cars in line and they still wouldn’t serve me (which is ridiculous). Also have strange hours for such a prime location.
Made the best drinks I've had, when they didn't have an ingredient for my drink, they suggested something that blew my taste buds away (caramel crunch frappe, extra caramel, extra crunch, substitute crunch for praline crunch) and changed my drink choice forever.

So to start off, I was having a very difficult day when I got here. When i arrived I told the baristas that today was difficult. I told them "hey, surprise me with a drink. Have fun with it! As long as its a cold drink and a venti I will be happy" and OH MY GOSH did they deliver! They made me such a wonderful beverage and someone who worked there paid for it. I was so touched by this experience. The staff here are so kind and sweet. It absolutely made my day turn around! Also to whomever is reading this review you should get the drink they made me. It is the perfect combination of flavors ☺? thank you so much Starbucks on Main! Stay as wonderful as you are!
Super friendly but there was no one there and all the tables in & out were dirty. Bathrooms are really dirty too. Asked for a black coffee and for some reason they put sugar in it.
Frappuccinos were runny, gave us the wrong size. Bacon on my double smoked bacon and cheddar was barely cooked and floppy.I would give 0 stars if I could.
