Shine continues to impress me time after time. Everyone who works here is so friendly and incredibly knowledgeable about beer. I’ve been here a few dozen times and it keeps me coming back. Shine is such a great asset to Bozeman’s beer scene, not a bad beer on the board.

Stumbled upon this place for a quick beer and bite. We definitely hit the jackpot. Great beer and great food... Great selection of beers, curated by a staff that clearly knew what they were doing. The food was excellent as well served by equally caring staff.
While Shine is our favorite place to visit weekly (sometimes more) for a couple of beers on the patio, the bottle shop is the reason for this review. Ethan was an incredible help. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and eager to help me with a special request. It’s clear that he’s passionate about beer and helping others find beers that align with their taste preferences. Their prices are reasonable, and they offer a 10% discount during happy hour on certain days of the week if you purchase six or more. The selection is impressive, and they even offer some gluten-free options (check out Shrouded Summit from Ghostfish Brewing, my newest favorite!). PLEASE REMEMBER TO SHOW YOUR APPRECIATION FOR OUTSTANDING SERVICE BY TIPPING THE BOTTLE SHOP STAFF. It’s not cheap to live here and we need to show our appreciation for the local staff like Ethan that help make Bozeman a good place to shop and live.Speaking of tips, here’s a tip for those going to Music on Main: purchase your beer from the bottle shop and pour it in the clear cup offered by a volunteer at the entrance to Music on Main. Since you can BYOB if it’s in the clear cup, you save $$ and skip the beer line at the event. Just be careful not to consume outside the boundaries or you’ll get a quick ticket.
No such thing as a bad night at Shine! Incredible beer selection, great food, and one of the cheeriest and most helpful staffs in Bozeman! One of my favorite places to hang out! Thanks for having such an awesome spot
Great light food. Great burritos and bowls. I especially recommend the wasabi salmon salad.Best beer, cider and seltzer selection in town.

Shine was the first restaurant I eat at, really nice service, friendly staff, great beer, however, food was just ok. First time I tried the nachos, nothing special, second time I tried salmón salad, the salmon wast great, had a strong fishy taste, but overall I like this place,...look out for the mirror walls in the restroom.
Ethan in the bottleshop is a treasure! Actually all the fellas working there really have extensive and remarkable beer knowledge, recommendations, and are super helpful. We love the food at Shine as LaPa has always been the gold standard but the bottleshop is our go to destination for different delicious beverages to bring home and enjoy. Cannot recommend high enough!
