Called the store for some details on my order, they let the phone ring until the store closed and automatically hung up on me. Then waited over an hour and a half to get a notification from my bank directly that my order was refunded. This is not the first time something similar has happened.
Pizza Hut pizza always standard never disappoints.. delivery guys don’t offer cheese and peppers anymore? I asked and he said nah sorry
First of all this PIZZA HUT has gone downhill since Covid, Big time! Now they will not answer the phone for anybody other than DoorDash! We used to get delivery often and tip well! So I drove there anyway and ordered a couple pizzas, a hand tossed sausage pizza with mushrooms and onions, one of my husband‘s favorites. We also ordered a large thin crust pepperoni pizza. The pizza is no longer hand tossed apparently! It was a frozen crust out of the freezer because it looked different and it tasted stale! I will not be going back for a while a lot of other pizza places in town that deserve business. Go local!
Don't waste your time or money with this place. Not sure what happened to the so called hand tossed crust, but it tastes awful now. Tastes like some sort of chemical or cleaning agent. Does this look like a hand tossed crust?? And no, it wasn't made incorrectly as a thin crust. I think after 39 years I've had my last pizza from Pizza Hut
Had pizza last month from here that was pretty good. Tonight we ordered in again, one of our orders was never put in so we only received half our order. Then, on top of that, the bacon tasted off, like it was spoiled or something. Tried to get in contact with someone to no avail.
The interior of the store is a mess. I realize that COVID has changed things but that store was a mess. Pizza was fine though and the staff were fine. Just clean it up.
Are you guys closed? Kind of ridiculous you're not answering your phones or taking online orders at 7:11 PM on a Wednesday night. Please do something to fix this, because it's near impossible to order from you guys if you're not operating during the hours that show up for Google.
Friday night I order pizza at 5:15. The lady who was very nice said it would be 15 minutes. I said that’s awesome but can I pick it up at 5:45? She agreed. I show up to pick up my pizza, as I enter the door I see many customers with their arms crossed standing in the lobby. One couple next to me said good luck we have been standing here for an hour and all we wanted was chicken wings. To my examination I only saw two employees. One employee doing all the cooking. The other running around like a chicken with its head cut off. I’ll look at the counter. Boxes on top of boxes on top of boxes of pizza. I can see the exact a pizza that I ordered. The dinner box. All I had to do was get some ones attention and I could have my pizza and be on my way. Sure enough I couldn’t get anyone’s attention. I sat there for a half hour just watching my pizza get cold sitting on the counter. Finally the poor couple got the chicken wings. However the chicken wings were incorrect. And so the lady ran in the back again to work on chicken wings for who knows how long. Finally the cook in the back came up and gave me my pizza. However sadly the pizza was cold and it was incorrect. I paid an extra three dollars for the cheese bread I did not receive cheese bread. However I just took the pizza with me because it was evident that it was a rough night for Pizza Hut. Too many customers behind me waiting for their own pizza. So I took it with me and went on my way. I know there’s a employee crisis here in Bozeman. But it seemed like some of the solutions could’ve been solved a little easier. Pizzas at least put in the heater so they’re not getting cold. And maybe a more professional manager on site. The lady that was running around that night seemed super lost And could not collect her thoughts. I love Pizza Hut but tonight is some thing I don’t ever want to experience again ordering pizza. The delivery window on my last order was almost 2 hours and despite that it still ended up being delivered over an hour late. I ended up falling asleep waiting for it and it got left out on my porch for 3 hours until I woke up and brought it inside at 1 A.M. The order I placed before that was delivered over a half-hour late and cold.
Missing 2 wings and the wings I did get were all drums.
