Worst experience I’ve ever had at a papa John’s, used the app too order as a normally everything went fine till I went to pick it up, I used the drive thru window and marks myself here on the app, watched ever employee make eye contact with us and then choice to ignore us. After ten minutes i park and walk inside, it’s -6F outside as well. After I walked inside they managed walked over like he didn’t see all his employees ignore me(which he did). Also one of the ppl parked there lifted truck on the snow bank so no one can see when leaving the ice covered lot. But the pizza was good as always just wish they had better employees and managers.
Just look at photo. Driver knew he did it...and just didn't care. It had to be carried sideways.
Arrived just as the app said pizza was ready for pick up. There were 3 other people already waiting but nobody even offered to help any of us for at least 5 minutes. We were told that the app “is an estimate of time” when we said the app said our pizza was ready. While waiting for my pizza, the girl making the pizzas went to the cash register and got out cash for a driver then immediately went back to making pizza without washing her hands. I watched a man run his hands thru his hair 2 times and go immediately to making the pizzas. There was a stack of pizzas on the shelf and without asking any of us waiting, now 5 of us, they put the pizzas in the warmer. After another 20 minutes of waiting, now total of 30 minutes in the building, someone asked my name and he went to the warmer to get the pizza. Pizza was lukewarm. Service and quality of food has drastically declined since they fired the creator of the business.
The craftsmanship in using fresh not frozen dough is lost on most. The expertise it takes to coordinate the magic of creation to delivery in these trying times is outstanding. The crew that create the magic are some the best I ever had the chance of interacting with. I love Papa John's the food outweighs all the negative press.
Called for delivery. I had a little trouble understanding the woman taking my order but she was super polite and so it wasnt an issue. Got our order in the 30 to 40 minutes we were told. Wings and pizza were both really good. Will definitely order from Papa John's again.
Delivery takes a long time but the manager is helpful. It seems understaffed like everything else is in this town. Quality is good.
I ordered the smokey bacon papa DIA and work and believe me it is not loaded
Beware of delivery. Our driver pulled in the driveway, marked as delivered, and drove off. We wouldn’t have noticed but luckily our house had a security camera.Unfortunately store was closed by then (after waiting 1.5 hrs for delivery), so no one could help.
Weekend supervisor was rude AF when I came to make a complaint about the order showing up cold after she insured it was still going to be hot after being 35 min late.
Easy drive up/thru window, employee ensured my order was correct. Would order from here again, great service and food.
