On our trip to Yellowstone we stayed close to this place. So we tried it. But the entire experience was just okay. The waitress looked like she was struggling. I asked about the beer she couldn't really give an opinion. It was limited conversation. She was always like I'll be back. Being a person that has been in the service industry. I think a little bit of conversation goes along way. Would not recommend The pizza was tasty and it was the deep dish we had meat me.
Arrived around 4pm. This place had 90% vacancy. Wait staff just standing around. Hostess refused to sit us on the patio because they didn’t have waitstaff for the outdoor area. SMH. It was a beautiful afternoon, around 70 degrees, and we had our small dog with us. We skipped this place and headed to The Club Tavern & Grill where we had excellent service and great food. It’s no wonder why Old Chicago restaurants are closing. We gave it a chance, but it was a waste of time.
I came here on the first day I was in Bozeman as it had great reviews and was nearby.I had ordered the Chicago Calzone and it was huge and delicious. Everyone enjoyed their food here during my visit and I would definitely recommend coming here as well.
Delicious beer burger. Service at first was slow - a new server, but manager apologized and took 25% off my tab. Very satisfied !
Went in after a Volleyball tournament for dinner. Daughter and I decided to share an order of wings along with some other apps. Ordered our wings well done/ extra crispy. Definitely did not come out crispy. We were starving so decided whatever, after asking the waitress if these were cooked longer than normal. Kitchen wouldn’t give her a straight answer was her response. Two bites in and they are bloody, slimy and cold on the bone. Send them back and ask for a new order to be made. Second order comes out just the same!!! AND we were charged for them. Had to take them home and cook them in our air fryer so we could eat them. Absolutely a disappointing experience all the way around. Will never order wings there again!
We stopped here for lunch yesterday (thursday) just after 11 and sat on the bar side. There were only 2 other tables occupied when we arrived. We ordered as soon as our drinks arrived and then proceeded to wait 40 minutes for our food. When it finally did arrive our sandwiches and fries were cold. Our server never checked in on us, never apologized for the wait only came back to the table to drop off the bill. Really disappointed and hesitant to return
great place..friendly people excellent food
Ordered a Caesar salad and a bacon cheeseburger. I ordered the burger after I ordered the salad. Server acted like he didn’t want to waste his time with me. Got my salad no burger, just a check with a side Caesar salad. Went up to the counter to ask about my burger and he said I did not order one. Manager offered to make me one to go but I was too tired to wait.I was starving haven’t ate all day but just too tired to deal with it. Manager did comp the salad. The last five or six times I have come to Old Chicago have been horrible, which is heartbreaking because I used to go a lot and it was amazing. I don’t think I’ll ever go back and spend my money there. I don’t like being treated as an inconvenience just because I’m eating by myself. I always make up for that fact by tipping 80% of the check or more. So I guess someone else will get that money…
The appetizers were delicious, the salads look good, and I can't wait to try the burgers. A good place for all ages to come for a bite and drink.
Good food, good service, wonderful atmosphere, and diverse drink selection. This place made for a great Friday dinner for me and my other. Definitely more likely to go here than somewhere like Buffalo wild wings.Overall atmosphere is calm, comfortable, and cozy. Has TVs around for watching games if that's of interest to you.
