Awesome food! Friendly service. Glad we found this place. Will definitely be back!
Been coming here for years and I haven’t been in awhile and I was so dissatisfied! The guy going around the grill poured so much water into my meal; what was the point of getting to choose my own flavors just to have soggy watery noodles…You have a sign that states anything over 2 inches of food over your bowl will be put into a separate bowl and charged twice. Obviously you can’t read a tape measurer because it was just over flush with the top of the bowl and less than one large bowl when cooked. It’s apparent why we were the only ones in the place on a Saturday night now, when it used to be packed daily, a few years ago…
The AC was out. No one to refill drinks or not atleast anyone who cared!!! The meat was all frozen to the bottom of the pans unable to get any out. Zero out 10 on customer service. It was so hot we couldn't even eat our food.
Just grab what size bowl you want and go through the buffet and stack as much as possible in your bowl...Then they cook it for you on/in a huge wok... Delicious fresh food prepared by You❤
My first time there. Folks working were all very polite. I'd go again in a heart beat.Food was excellent. Liked watching the cooking process..
Can get anything you want and have it cooked by the cook nice place and the works are very polite definitely going back again 5 star all day from me I'd give it a 10 star if I could
It may be because we are from out of town, it may be because we are just used to our local Mongolian, or it may be because this restaurant was unfortunately lacking. Our son loves Mongolian BBQ, so naturally, on vacation, we had to locate and have some for dinner. The staff was kind, and courteous. However, the options were lacking in regards to vegetables. Half the sauces were empty at the end of the line, and I was unable to get good a good flavor profile for my son or my dish. The gentlemen cooking on the grill seemed nonchalant and careless with the food as they went around the grill. My son, looked at me and said ‘mom! They’re losing all my vegetables!’ That was the hardest moment for me as a mom. Unfortunately, we had a less than excellent experience here. The food was bland, the egg drop soup wasn’t what I was under the impression it would be. It, of course, could have just been an off night for them. Perhaps the end of the evening, we will never know.
Even with how short staffed they have been they still do a great job. Service is fast and always kind. Anyone who claims otherwise is too whiney and should just eat at home.
Always very delicious! Get as much or as little as you’d like. Lots of choices as well.
