It's such an embarrassing experience. I love KFC, but this was uncalled for. Please beware of KFC workers. I ordered 12pcs Nashville Hot wings, and the "smart" worker intentionally packaged 9 pieces for me.If that was a mistake, I will understand, I gave her $11 cash, did like I didn't know how much was there, she recorded $10, and deducted the remaining from my card.If these continue on almost all buyers, the worker(s) made "more profit" deceiving customers. Pls beware of Bozeman KFC workers. I can share the receipt as needed.Check your package before leaving.
I didn't go inside. However, the guy at the window was exceptionally nice. I didn't realize they were closing so early and I got there about 10 minutes before, but still, the guy at the window was just great. The chicken was great. The coleslaw is usually very good but this time it was just a tad sour tasting, probably just from sitting all day. The chicken was super tender and good.
I haven’t gotten a correct order in years…. Tried again tonight, ssdd! I am so tired of paying for food that I don’t receive from an establishment that wont open its lobby. What a joke.
Ordered a 12 pice bucket, got the chicken, got the small size was supposed to get LG sides paid 47.00 to not get what we orded. The rootbeer was flat. Chicked was not what we expected at. All.Very SAD.
Ordered crispy white meat, coleslaw for two.Received dark meat: one thigh/one leg/sm mashed potato. Did not realize until I got home. Too far away to return for correctionPast Delivery orders are fine.Chicken breast crispy & hot.Love KFG.
Restaurant staff were completely unprepared to open and run the store. Store did not have any food prepared and it was well after 11am despite the store opening at 10:30am. They would not answer the intercom. My husband and I ended ended up driving up the window. Staff did not speak any English and were very rude.
Service has improved lately but my chicken sandwich had so much sauce it was dripping everywhere.

Dee the manager was very accommodating, I had an issue with an order due to me and what I can and can't have. The item was replaced with a smile. Absolutely I'll be back, as well 5tell other's how they operate. It's not easy running a fast food restaurant , with finiky, rude, short, un- understanding, impatient people, coupled with light staff simply because there are those out for a easier softer way. More times than not your order is incorrect. If the order is right, the food tends to be inconsistent- in my most recent order (today 9/24, the ice cream tasted like a dead animal.) honestly just go down the street to Wendy’s and call it a day. The staff is also usually clueless. Two stars because I know the staff is trying.
