We got there and were told that they were very short staffed and to expect a wait. Two gentlemen were running all over the place and there were quite a few tables. I give huge kudos to those two!! Neither one of them were actually servers I don’t believe but they did an excellent job!! Food came out hot and was delicious and we had everything we needed! If I could have, I would have left them a huge tip but we left what we could afford and tried to clean up the war we could! Good job guys!! That’s customer service!! KUDOS!!!
I had the worst customer service I've ever received with our waiter Richard. Very inattentive. My order was wrong (A BLT with no lettuce) and half of my bacon was folded over and raw in the middle (this isnt Richards fault but it is his job to quality check food before serving).My partner and I love going to iHOP, but I dont know if we will come back to this location.
Ordered through Door dash to get some IHOP. I've been a customer for years and grew to love the variety of pancakes they have. What I do not enjoy as someone who has 5 to 6 years in the food/restaurant service and a brother who has 17+ years in the service be served bad and rotten lettuce and pickles. I had ordered The Mega Monster Burger and the Classic burger. Luckily Door dash thought this was a mess up and refunded me for the meal, but the most unprofessional part of this ordeal was calling IHOP and letting them know they were serving bad product only to be told that the person who was on the phone with me was the one that personally made our food and thought the lettuce was okay to eat, so I showed the line crew and morning prep crew where I work and we all thought that it was a pathetic joke and unacceptable to serve that type of food. I do hope this restaurant takes this issue seriously and improves from here on out.
Hostess has no clue what she is doing. Seated a ton of people who came in after us. Then finally seated us after we got up and said something. Apparently our name got crossed off somehow even though she never called it out… She then sat us in a section with no waitress. Finally someone noticed us after arguing about who’s section it was with her coworker…. This place has dropped off the deep end.
Good luck trying to call them. They never answer the phone. After 13 mins of the constant ringing with multiple calls and still nothing. We ordered carside delivery at this location, and when arrived we texted and waited for 18 mins and nothing came. Which is why we called and called and nothing until we decided to kust leave. Then I tried to call recently (9pm)to get a refund since we already paid this am and never got our food and once again... no one answered. So I will be calling corporate Monday to try and get my money back since I won't be back in bozeman until Thursday. This is by far the worst experience I have had with this franchise.
I Ordered online two meals the same with two hard fried eggs. One was sunny side up, the pancakes were thin and dried out.
Do not order online and expect your order to be done even close to the pickup time. Or for them to care when you call and ask where your order is. They say they have no control of the pickup time you are given. Really? Design flaw, corporate? It is coming up on an hour I’ve been waiting for a curbside order since I showed up at the ‘pickup time’. Real convenient.
I would give no stars if I could. The young man working the front desk with braids in his hair was the most ignorant, arrogant and rude person I have ever come across in the service industry. As long as he still works there I refuse to give them a dollar of my money. In live right down the street and get my family breakfast from IHOP at least twice a month. I canceled my order and walked out
