Peanut shells were discarded all over the floor, the staff seemed rude and dismissive, and one guy with a ponytail was casually using the f explicative while working behind the counter.I love five guys' food, but this location was surprisingly unprofessional.
Friendly service. Food is cooked to order. The fries are fresh cut each day. And a small order of fries was split between 1 child, 2 adults.Nice topping choices too!!
Went here on 3/14/22 at 4:45 pm to get a burger and a shake. Walked in and went to first table to quickly look at my phone to check my card accounts. Not there for a minute when one guy yells HEY! I look up and he says, ARE YOU HERE TO PICK UP? No, I said. (If I was picking up, I would let you know once I reached the counter wouldn't I?) So after a few minutes I walk up to the counter ready to order and the girl who works the register slowly walks up to the register with a scowl on her face because I guess she didn't approve of me not walking directly to the counter when I walked in. She says, smugly, do you want to order? I said no and walked out. Gotta say, I've been coming here for years but since you started hiring jokers with prissy little attitudes, I won't be back
Visited right after opening. The manager on duty was very organized and everyone did a great job managing their area.Good food and service
It was my first time there, the burger I chose was great and the fries fantastic, milk shake great.
Food was good. Standard 5 guys. Service wasn't bad. They did not plan the indoor seating Very well. The tables are packed in like sardines so you're basically eating at the next table over if you can even sit down. I'd recommend ordering to go
