So good! Jade was an excellent server! The food was amazing! We learned the chefs come from the Broadmoor and French Laundry. So nice to find such quality in Bozeman!
The food is some of the best in Bozeman. If you go for a drink as we did at the rooftop bar,and then dine downstairs you would swear you are in a big city. Short rib rigatoni is amazing.
The food was amazing. The server was working hard but had a lot of tables and was juggling a lot. Overall for the price of the meal I would go to one of my other favorite restaurants instead.
Amazing dinner! Our waitress (I feel horrible I forget her name) was fantastic! We were celebrating our honeymoon in Bozeman and wanted to try the place with the bacon wrapped elk meatloafâ¦which was amazing! My husband canât have dessert due to being a diabetic and our waitress research which champagne or sparking wine is best for diabetics. She went above and beyond for us and we appreciated it. Highly recommend the Bistro Salad! We canât wait to go back!
The food was quite good, but not great, and the menu was surprisingly limited. It didnât live up to its billing as a premier restaurant.
The food was average at best. The wedge salad was great! Wine was good. My husband had the pork which had great flavor but was cold. I had the short rib pasta. The short rib and ricotta were good but again the dish was cold. They had put in pepperocini and another pepper for heat which I liked but it would have been better to cooked the short rib with the peppers for heat rather than just throw them on top. Atmosphere was nice.
Great service, good food
We ate at Fieldings Restaurant on Friday, July 1. We made the reservation at the last minute after we had sat at another restaurant for a long time and no one came to take our order. Fieldings was just the very opposite. While they were very busy, the maitre'd came and helped us immediately, letting us know it would be a few minutes till we would be seated. He then proceeded to make sure everything happened as soon as possible....cleaning tables, helping bus food, and generally doing everything., We were seated very soon after. The food was outstanding and the service excellent despite the server also working with a large party of 12+. This is a beautiful space. I would highly recommend this restaurant for all occasions.
