Pictures online are deceiving, hotel is in desperate need of remodel. Perfumed spray in the room to cover up the odd smells. No elevator - second floor rooms. Lobby is much nicer than the rooms. Checked out after the first night!
We needed an overnight stop in Bozeman and after reading Trip Advisor reviews it appeared to be a good choice. Staff was friendly. Room was clean and quiet. It’s definitely an older motel and there is no elevator so you walk upstairs to the second floor. . The beds weren’t particularly comfortable. Overall we might try a different location next time.
This is not a very good hotel. The lawn was not clean there was all kinds of dog poop on the grass. This is not sanitary.. The staff was not very good - the handle fell off the door to the adjoining suite and I called to report it but they didn't bother fixing it. . When I was checking in another guest walked up and interrupted the attendant that was checking me in - he should have let the other attendant deal with it. This is very annoying and makes me feel like a second class customer. . It was very expensive. . Breakfast was great and the restaurant service was great too!

Made reservation and minutes later had to cancel. I was issued a cancellation number. Hotel refuses to refund my money. $200 gone. . Holiday Inns allow customers to cancel up to 6:00 pm day of arrival without penalty. This hotel must be desperate. If given a choice I would give them negative 5 stars.. . We have been IHG members since 1999 with thousands of points.
