Ice cream is fine as usual, but this is really all the food I'm getting for $8+?

I do love our DQ and the employees are kind. Is there a mask policy? I almost wrote last week after the drive through attendant had their mask below their nose, but the other employees were all appropriately using their masks so I decided it was ok to not say anything. We went back yesterday and the drive through employee had his mask on his chin, not covering his mouth or nose. There was only one employee I saw wearing her mask appropriately. If you have a rule they must mask - why not reinforce it. Please? While Montana is having thousands of new Covid cases a day right now? I Am a customer with several vulnerable family members i am nervous to come back now. Not that you’ll miss me - you stay plenty busy! Thanks for all the good food!!

A random woman that worked there, but didn't serve me, asked me if I needed anything & then stared at me for a minute straight without saying anything. weird.

It's Dairy Queen. There was a line at the drive through but we moved through the line fairly quickly. We just got ice cream and it was as expected.

Went with RV obviously too big to go through the drive-thru so we went to go in doors are closed so we called and was like hey we're too big to go through your drive-thru can we come in or you take our order over the phone and that wasn't an option even though every other fast food we've been through has taken our order over the phone they told us to walk through the drive-thru we said we weren't doing that that was completely unsafe we don't touch the other people driving because they're not expecting people to just be standing there. So we blocked the entire driveway with her RV and walked through like they told us then told us after we ordered to meet them out front because it was unsafe for us to be in the Drive-Thru without a vehicle. You tell me where the logic is in that. There is no difference taking our order over the phone then us walking to the drive-thru which is completely unsafe and delivering it to the same exact place the front door.

The food is nothing to rave about but tastes nostalgic for me so I kind of like it. The team is what kills it here. They are friendly and always seem on top of it. Never had an incorrect order or an unpleasant interaction.

They didn't have the treat I was wanting but what I got was good.

The dine-in section is not open, and the drive thru line is regularly extended out into the street. That being said, the employees here are clearly feeling the effects of the labor shortage. When I went through there were only 2 kids working and they were absolutely slammed. I ended up having to pull around and wait quite a while for my food, but the employee was very apologetic the entire time and you could tell he was working as hard as he could. If you go here, please be patient with these kids. They're doing their best, and I hope management is doing THEIR best to get them some help as soon as possible.

Do not go here. NOT OPENDining room not open, no to-go, and drive through not big enough for a pick up truck. So no way to place an order.I really wanted a blizzard and this place disappointed big time.Civic or not, worker shortage or not you could at least update your web site or Google listing. Bad reviews for those business that don't care about thier web presence.Luckily many better options in the area for ice cream.Follow for more great travel reviews, food, and some adventure experiences.

I'd like to see a better balance between quality and speed of service. I'm not dissatisfied, and I'll continue to return (chicken strips have been consistently hot and fresh), but I do feel the are some improvements that could be made.
