I have ordered my kids birthday cakes at cold stone over the last several years. I called in an order and the young lady took my order details. I went to pick up my cake and the staff could not find it. The young man helping me asked me to step aside so he could help the other customers. I asked if I could just buy a pre-made cake for my sons birthday party. Hee rolled his eyes, shrugged and acted as if this whole thing was my fault. After he helped the other customers, even one customer said to me that he wasn't being very helpful, I confronted him and said that he was treating me like I made the mistake and that I didn't appreciate him rolling his eyes. Needless to say the young man was rude and not helpful.
The young people on staff here make this Coldstone stand out from the others. Even if they didn’t enjoy their job, you’d never know. They were so energetic and pleasant- I can hardly describe it.My friend and I went to this location 2x in the 3 days we visited Bozeman.Coldstone is Coldstone in a sense but this one honestly really stood above simply due to the staff.Highly recommend it! They had really good ice cream and kind employee's as well. They were a little busy but had very good service.
I remember coming here and getting great friendly service and loving watching the employees making the ice cream, when we just went there we got a rude employee that kept messing up our order. Instead of cookie dough, caramel, fudge, and chocolate chips, they gave us crushed oreos in vanilla ice cream so we asked for a redo. We are very disappointed from the lack of training that was given to the employee and hope for better luck next time if we choose to return.
I went to cold stone on February 20 and I ordered my usual ice cream. Not expecting anything different. Bozeman had really nice staff and once I got my ice cream I grabbed my debit card and he says it’s on the house. He is definitely one of the nicest 17-19 year old ever. I am also here on vacation. Way to go cold stone. If you see this cold stone find the kid who was working and give him a raise.
Ordered the swirl coffee caramel ice cream cake for our office birthday treat. The friendly staff and Jennifer did not disappoint us.
Not a good experience at all. Two people were in the back working while one girl stood in the front on her phone talking to her friend. When we walked in there were 2 people in front of us; by the time the people in front of us had been helped the line built up to 9 people. She also asked those two guys in the back working what they were doing when she realized the line began to grow as she kept on talking to her friend. Her friend kept running up through the line to talk to her as well. The girl also got my ice cream very wrong. Needs a supervisor, not just high school aged kids.
Tasty treats! Great ice cream. One lady was very friendly the other girl was obviosly put out to be working. Aside from that, great.

I recommend the Penut Butter Cup Perfection. Best item on their menu!!! Very delicious ice cream. Must go for Bozeman!!!
