Ordered online. Not only did they not have it ready by the promised time, they had to spend several minutes looking it up in the register. Then the employee who was told to make it decided to instead help the young woman who had just come in, flirting with her while I stood there waiting. After someone else then made my order, they handed it to me without my chips, not even mentioning them until I asked. Apparently they're out and it's "too hard" to update the online ordering to show that. I wouldn't have ordered what I did if I'd known there were no chips. They offered to take down my name and number to get me a refund, and gave me a free soda for my trouble, which was nice (though they didn't have a bottle opener for it in the store!?).I left relatively happy, but then got checked into my hotel for the night and opened my food only to find nothing but chicken and cheese. No rice, no salsa, no sour cream, nothing else I'd ordered. If the store is out of those things, at least tell your customers! Also, this was 50 minutes before closing and employees had already put chairs up on tables, etc.

I never give bad reviews, but almost feel obligated to in this case, both to warn people away, and to preserve Chipotle’s good name. (Chipotle restaurants everywhere else I’ve ever been to are great!)We have given this Chipotle two tries, ordering online both times. We also tried to go in person several times, but gave up on that, because every time we went, even during normal business hours when it said online they were open, they were in fact closed. Never again, online or in person, unless we see a change in their recent reviews. Both times we got food for delivery, there was a truly bizarre, insultingly small amount of food, with multiple orders missing, and also multiple items missing from the orders that were fulfilled. For example, once they were out of tortillas among other items, didn’t tell us at any point ahead of time, so one “burrito” was just a pile of plain meat with some cheese sprinkled on top - no lettuce, no salsa, no sour cream, nothing else! We were reimbursed for the completely missing items (only after I contacted Uber eats), but not for the completely inadequately filled orders. When you expect to order out, wait excitedly for your food, and that’s what you receive when you have 4 hungry kids & 2 parents to feed… just wow.The only advantage of ordering from this particular Chipotle is that it’s such a joke, you get to feel like you are part of a hidden camera show. It’s especially sad for our family because Chipotle is usually our favorite fast food restaurant, everywhere else it has fresh ingredients, veggies the kids will eat (and rice & beans are a whole protein for them), and all for a reasonable price. We were pretty regular customers back when we lived in Billings.

Hands down the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. Consistently out of ingredients, consistent employee turnover, consistent incorrect order if ordering online.. rude employees “I just work here” types of attitudes... Literally heard those exact words today. Don’t go here. They’ve raised their prices significantly, less and less amount of food every single time, the last time I ordered online it was the smallest almost a joke of a serving I’d ever received from a Chipotle ever, literally. It’s too bad this is the only location in town, but it’s my only option so I still return with hopes they’ll get their act together, but I mean.. at this point either get some actual management that knows how to run a business, or shut this store down. It’s honestly sad for Chipotle, and ruining their reputation as a business overall.

Terrible service!!!This started out as an UBER eats order (pic) where the bowl was only half full and several ordered ingredients were missing. We drove to the location that we ordered from. When we showed the lady on the line our issue, she laughed and proceeded to blame it on a “rush they had that required the cooks to fulfill orders” after asking for our total order to be remade, several of the men working there were asking me why I didn’t just eat my bowl, I told them I wasn’t going to eat while my girlfriend’s order was wrong. They mockingly suggested to me that’s what they would have done. Our food was terribly remade with nothing but attitude from the staff, even the employees in the back were giving us a hard time about our issue/presence.. I highly discourage anyone from going to this location. Chipotle is a great establishment but this location needs some serious reconfiguration. Hopefully management will pay attention to these reviews.

I ordered from the app. My order was wrong. You can’t talk with someone to have it fixed. You have to tell that Pepper auto response. Yes they give you a credit but you have to place the order again the PAY the delivery fee and door dash fee again!! Also it won’t let you place a delivery if you pay less than $10.. so no lunch!

I love Chipotle, but this is the worst one I’ve ever been too. The food always tastes great, but portions are skimped, ingredients are always out, and the staff is all lazy high school kids that couldn’t care less about the job. If you’re deciding between this Chipotle or somewhere else, go with the somewhere else.

Worst chipotle by FAR, go to qudoba trust me. This location has definitely struggled through COVID which is understandable at that time but I don’t believe it’s an acceptable excuse now. Out of almost every ingredient you need for a Mexican restaurant. No tortillas no white rice only meat option is steak no lettuce. The only option you have is a bowl with brown rice and steak. The steak of which was cold and not cooked well. This location has been like this since end of 2021. Staff is not friendly and establishment is dirty. I honestly don’t know how this place is still open. Paying full price for only a single option is not worth it. I will be going a mile down the road to qudoba for every option rather then settling for one.

I had the pork carnitas bowl it was delicious. My husband tried the burrito for the first time, he said it was good but he preferred the bowl next time. Very courteous help and very fast service without feeling rushed.

Sadly, we never got to enjoy the food at this restaurant. Instead, while we were waiting in line, my wife and I were able to enjoy the memorable show put on by the staff at this particular restaurant. Tables were incredibly filthy, the food in the warming trays looked disgusting, and the floors were unswept. Our favorite, though, were the three guys in the back area that were spending a huge amount of time talking loudly about songs that they liked and then playing them over the stereo for everyone to enjoy. I can forgive a less than perfect dining area if it’s a busy rush, but this was mid-afternoon and the dudes were just horsing around instead of doing their job. That, combined with the gross-looking food, and we were out of there.

Pretty bad. Very slow line, not the normal chipotle rice, dumped a crazy amount of hot salsa on that made it almost too salty too eat, didn't successfully roll the burrito at all, not a very nice tortilla. I usually like Chipotle as relatively predictable semi-healthy simple food, this one was definitely worst one I've been to.
