We recently had this caterer at our daughter's wedding.The food was delicious, when you could get it. My daughter was told we would never see the bottom of the Serving dish. Not only did we see the bottom of the serving dish several times, but people also had to stand and wait for food for 10 minutes. We paid for 130 people to eat,, but only had 90 people come..The chef,, whom I understand is not the main chef,, told me he only brought 75 rolls. He was very rude and then complained to the wedding coordinator whom also owns the venue. He made a bad name for himself and by default made a bad impression for the business. At the end of the serving time my daughter was not given the leftover food that we had paid for. This is all very unfortunate because the food was very good. The tip was given before the service, which is also unfortunate. They are probably great for small parties but not to cater larger events.
