The second time I have been. Once in Augusta and now once in Bozeman and won’t go back. We arrived at 9:45pm, there were less than 5 tables in the whole place filled. We were seated fairly quickly, however everything else took longer than it should after that Drinks were slow to come out. My son was finished with his drink in 10 minutes and was never offered a refill. Food took 45 minutes to come out. People who arrived after us got there food and were done before we got our 20 wings and three garden salads. Our waitress was more concerned with talking with her friends and closing the restaurant than clearing the table, bringing plates or napkins or offering us another drink. The wings were over cooked and dry from a place that is known for their wings. The only reason they get second star is the cocktail was good the tvs were left on. They were putting up chairs 45 minutes before close at 11. The kitchen staff left before 11. We noticed two other tables that came in with us and ended up leaving because our was taking to long. They said they were short staffed but had enough time to shut down down the restaurant early and chat with friends and staff. This will be my last visit.
Our server was fantastic and took care of us and our varied needs as we had people trickle in as our stay continued. The thai Curry wings were fantastic and not at all spicy in a detrimental way. And apparently Thursdays are buy one get one free for boneless chicken wings. They might have more of a schedule to how that works so don't quote me on it.
Try and give everyone the benefit of the doubt but we were not greeted until 10 min after seating. Mind you the place wasn’t that busy. Food came out mediocre & poor presentation. Watched the hostess ditz around with the Togo guy while there was guests waiting at the front to be seated. Wasn’t impressed but got my wing craving handled lol.
Food is normal for a Buffalo Wild Wings however service has been EXTREMELY SPOTTY.Their posted hours on google maps are often wrong. Always call I'm advance.They rarely answer their phones even on a good night so good luck there......Customer service has been 50/50. So.etimes it's great and pthertimes it's horrible.Makes me sad because I love bdubs and wish there was consistent service.
Excellent food and service, along with great sports programming, make this my go-to eatery!

Not answering the phone. No message, no notice of not taking phone orders, nothing. I understand being understaffed, but there’s no reason not to communicate what’s going on.
I placed an order for takeout on the phone and the girl had terrible customer service. She hung up on me as I was talking lol. I mean she had fast service i guess. I went to pick up my food and she was there and I just received more garbage service for no reason. Poor service just ruins experiences. Looks to me there's quite a few service complaints here.
What wing place in their mind is closed when there is Monday night football?
