A curated menu of well prepared entrees, friendly and prompt service, and fair prices. All within an attractive and spacious venue. What's not to like?

Slirp, slirp!! Oohhh M G, that was tasty!! First time there today. I got a Ramen noodle bowl yo go. Not only was it very well packaged, but I enjoyed opening each container, taking in all the fragrances, from the packed dry contents, chili, and broth. Then it just kept continuing to get better. Once I mixed everything up, I was excited about each spoonful! A definitely must go back for more!

Food came out barely warm. Missed the add ons to the order. Ordered spicy beef, was alarmingly sweet. Asked if it was the right order, received with a lot of attitude from the front counter guy. Then they gave me 3 oz. Of red sesame oil to “spice it up”. Place used to do decent but has been terribly disappointing the last couple times I have gone. Done.

I was in the mood for ramen. I had…ramen. It was decent ramen. Only thing: I felt like I was eating Top Ramen. Anyone stayed up late ever or had no money to spend, knows what flavor that is. This had added veggies and some beef to boot, but gnawing on a bone is not my thing. I still give this 4 stars for the experience and allowing me to have upgraded ramen. The rangoons were also delicious!!

I went about a month ago with my friends and the lady at the counter was nice. When we got our food it was warm and tasted good only problem was a bit of an overload with vegetables. I also got some boba. I got what I think was called the galaxy tea and it was a little bitter and the boba was severely undercooked. Would come back for the ramen though.

Ramen noodles are good but the soup it’s not good, boba taro milk is good

Appetizer came after we are done with ramen, and the chicken karage is burnt and looks black

I'll be honest... I wanted to like this place, I was taken here on me and my bro's birthday. For some reason the pork in the Ramen was flaky and dry, also the gyosa I got was cold. Based on what I was seeing it looked like the place was struggling with trying to keep up with Door dash orders and the loby at the same time.I think they need to stop door dash orders to give them more breathing room since the staff seemed kinda stressed(Then again I have the tendency to read into things too much) either way I wish the staff the best of luck.

Terrible staff. The girl at the register acted annoyed to take my order. When I got my food it was cold - I asked if they could warm it, and the server explained ‘yeh the tofu is cold because we keep it in the fridge’. Probably not a great reason to serve cold food. Then at exactly 8:30, they started blasting the song ‘Closing Time’ as loud as it would go. They could have just asked nicely. It felt like an insult.Too bad because otherwise the food was fine, just cold.—Btw to the owner: I see your response to other customers with similar complaints. I see its a top down problem. You are apparently setting the example for tour staff. ‘Closing time’ was not a friendly reminder. It was obnoxiously loud. Friendly would have been to ask nicely. We we were one of two parties there.

Have visited this location 4 time now and each time my food was either over or under cooked in some way. For example tonight I ordered the Takoyaki Balls and a Thai Boba tea. The breading for the balls was undercooked (or batter not made right) while the octopus was over cooked. Then the Boba tea was extremely under flavored (might as well just been water) and the Boba was not set all the way. It's sad cause thay serve my favorite style of food and drinks but I will no longer be finding myself there again.
