Don't just stop in to eat and leave. Take in the history, the architecture, and the warmth this place offers during the winter. I grew up hanging out in this old hotel, the Bacchus Pub remains as I remember it for 45 years. French onion soup is my favorite.

One of the few places downtown I still actually enjoy going to. Food is pretty solid, curry fries have somehow gotten better (feels like you guys put some more heat into the sauce, which is just riiight). Service is always reliably good. Wish more downtown places had a management team like yours.

This place is amazing. Best chicken tenders I have had in a while. The service was immaculate. The people in there were awesome. Absolutely amazing place. 10/10 would recommend.

Make sure to get the dry rub chicken wings as they are outstanding. The Ruben was excellent as well. They have a great atmosphere with a good selection of beers.

Chill pub, bison burger was cooked properly and fries were crispy. The stew was good, but I’m gonna be honest…8 dollars for what looked like 4 ounces of soup was kinda steep. Beer selection was also good. Nice lunch spot, but wouldn’t go again.

The atmosphere here is great and definitely good for enjoying a few beers with friends. Service was a little slow and most of our food was "just ok". The beef stew was oddly spicy. The curry fries are absolutely amazing though. I would come back just to do drinks and the fries.

Have to agree with the reviews !!!Visiting for the first time from Florida. Mountains and cool weather vs. hot and lots of water. Had a local IPA which was spot on. Tried the “ Crispy Brussel Sprouts “ was out of this world. Great place with great conversations

This place was an incredible find! Service was outstanding, a full tap room and awesome food. I recommend the shepherd's pie!

Easy place for bar food and drink. The menu has a decent array of assorted foods while the bar has several local beers on tap. Service always seems medium quick. I would go here again.

I would love to say I even got to try this place. We were visiting Bozeman and saw this place, so excited to come try the food. Especially since it's got great history. Noticed that though the sign said to seat yourself all available tables were dirty. Like covered in dishes dirty. It was very busy, so we patiently waited to be seated. So long a (maybe) bartender came up and asked me "Can I help you?" I said "Yes, we're waiting for a table, but they're all dirty" He then (very unkindly judging by face and body language) said "Yeah. You need to give us a minute." Ok, I thought. I wasn't mean about what I said. Listen I would jump in and clear the table, but I don't think they'd appreciate it. After about 8 or so more minutes of waiting, in which they obviously weren't going to clear tables, we left. Now granted, we came into a pub with our two kids, but it was 7:30. Perfectly acceptable for dining. Our money works just as good on food as alcohol, and in fact we would have bought alcohol. Double in fact, my husband and I have both been in service and would have bought alot and tipped great. That was an absolutely disgraceful way to run an establishment dependent on paying customers. Shame on you for a culture in this pub where this was acceptable, your management, and/or your hiring practice. Do better, it would only be to your benefit.
