I know the lobby is closed. I tried knocking, but for minutes they were oblivious. Then finally with their attention grabbed they would not see what was up by coming to me. If someone were dying or in an emergency, you can count on the Arby's crew not to give an F. As a customer, I'm outraged at this.It was my first day door dashing, and I did not know they didn't allow lobby pick up. It would have been nice to at least see a sign outside explaining their delivery pickup policy.Google lied, it is not "dine-in" at all.
Pulled up at 6:25 PM on a Saturday, waited in line for 5 minutes just for a employee to come put a sign out that said they were closing. No explanation, just rude employees yelling insults at me for asking why they were closing. One of the employees was in his car smoking a pipe right by the drive thru! Absolutely terrible establishment. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. Shut this place down!
They regularly didn’t wear masks through the toughest part of the pandemic which wasn’t cool. But most of all are they close down randomly and only have their drive-through opened so if you don’t wanna wait in a 10 car long line for 30 minutes, you don’t get Arby’s. They seriously need to up their wages if they want anybody to work there for an extended period of time
Went at 4:30 thru the drive thru. When we got there to order there was a sign that said they were closing at 7. The lady came on the intercom and said sorry, the car in front of you was my last car, I'm closed. We said the sign says 7, and her response was, well we are suppose to get a break from 3:30-5 too, so... totally rude! What is happening to this country? Can't even get a sandwich at dinner time!
Drive thru only still. They seem understaffed and the people working there don't seem to like their jobs and this is a few times going there to eat. Food is ok. Customer service isn't great. Especially with the older crabby guy who clearly hates his job and was shouting when we got our food. The wait was pretty long too.
I’m not even trying to eat here lol. Just doordashing. Please step up the game. It’s inconvenient to wait 30 minutes in line for food that 1) isn’t even mine 2) could easily be picked up in lobby in a matter of seconds.
Expect long wait times they seem to be short-staffed. Didn't offer any sauces and two classic roast beef sandwiches were cold. No receipt.
Manager was working hard, the problem was the lack of help they had. Not sure what the answer is, it appears getting help in Bozeman has become very difficult. It's not because of the pay, I see jobs posted around town saying the starting wage is $25 per hour. Not bad for fixing flat tires and so on!!
Sitting in line with 3 other people at 11:00 am for 20 minutes before anyone moved. Not the first time this has happened. Luckily I enjoy the food. That is, when they remember to put it in the bag.
It was as good as Arbys can be but they forgot my fries and when we asked about it they said “oh yeah hang on” and then forgot again
