I walked into Taco Bell and gave them my item order and they never told me there was going to be a long wait. I had to leave before getting my food because I had to go to work and there was too many customers at the counter for me to ask a staff member to get my hard earned money back. Not nice!
The Taco Bell on central turned its lights off in the middle of a long line of cars and said they were closed. I called over to the grand location and they said starting today they were open 24 hours. So the central location basically just didn’t want to serve the super long line of people and made a random decision to close when their website says they close at 2am. I was in line at 10:30pm. Don’t go to this one, the grand location is much better at service, quality of food, and integrity. Horrible customer service
They were very busy. They forgot half of my order, I had to reorder one purt,and remind them to give me the other half. I can't get upset because I've been been there,in thier shoes when I was 17 years old. I will still go there.
I had a mishap of my own fault on my order. They happily helped us. They were very friendly and nice. Excellent customer service. Thank y’all so much for being so nice and remaking our order
Welcome to Taco Bell the home of explosive bowel movements for decades. The food all tastes the same and is never exiciting. However for some reason there are days when it just huts the spot and is all that is wanted, I suspect its mother natures way of keeping you regular. The particular shop was somewhat clean. The guy taking orders was very friendly. In truth way to happy to be there which was refreshing.
This is a typical Taco Bell, though the service times are a bit slow.Staff is clearly in a high stress environment which I observed while eating in the lobby.Expect crew to mispronounce your name, but your order will be accurate (most of the time).Staff may loiter in the lobby to observe you. Much to my discomfort, it felt like eating in a zoo but I was the animal.Drive through is a typical T bell experience.
Food was good! I ordered at the "kiosk" and put in my email address for a receipt but I didn't receive anything. Not a big deal, but it would have been nice to have a receipt to verify that my order was accurate. Quick service. Seemed a little expensive at $18 for 6 tacos.
Ordered four meal deals today. The main entree's each included crunchy tacos. That was good. However, consistently in the last two years, the spicy level has significantly increased. In Jan 2020, the crunch wrap was too spicy to finish, later in 2020 tried the cheesy gordito crunch, replied no on the sauce. In 2021 I tried the chicken quesadilla, too spicy to finish. Gave another chance to the cheesy gordito crunch in 2022, and finally today could only get down half the chicken quesadilla with copious amounts of water. The last two years have been a significant departure from previous years (2000-2016) when the menu was more flavorful, less heat. Consistently the menu has more heat and less flavor.
This Taco Bell is horrible. I consistently get cold food. I once ordered and they had ran out of beef. Instead of asking if we wanted something else made us wait a long time for the beef. This last time I ordered they ran out of pink lemonade and without asking switched our drink. They always seem to be out of something or have cold food.
