Just came through order two chicken taco. Got the food at the drive through they gave me one regular taco, no receipt and no straw for my drink. My Cinnamon balls were cold and nobody would answer the phone when I called.
Ordering was really fast but a confusing experience. I asked if they had coke or pepsi and the response (and soda they gave me) was a sierra mist. Seemed like they were rushing to get me through despite being the only one in line. Got my food directly after paying for it and was what I ordered. Employee working witb me was friendly. ?

This might be the absolute worst Taco Bell I have ever been too. The person working the drive through was friendly and the highlight of my visit. It was by far the worst return for my money I’ve ever spent. I have eaten at Taco Bell’s across the country and even worked at one as my first job so I understand portioning, but this place puts all the cheap, penny pinching restaurants to shame. My tacos had half a scoop of meat and a minuscule amount of cheese. No lettuce (they did inform me they were out), burritos were much of the same. I’ve had these same burritos in many stores but my god it was embarrassing that I even decided to go there and throw my money at this poor excuse of a meal. I understand it’s fast food and Taco Bell but as someone with experience not only working at one of these restaurants and an embarrassing amount of visits this was truly pathetic.
Workers were about as bright as their hair color. Took our order at the drive thru, pulled up, paid, same window, then they come asking if we had the online order , then asked if our name was Debbie from the mobile order. Um no our order was the one we just paid for, would u like the receipt ya just gave me to check the order to get it right? On nope now they got it ...? Um okay. Still messed up the order once we checked the bag
Great service, really 5***** . Held the door for me, the back lot is super muddy though and my big truck and trailer got stuck hard as heck, ripped the trailer off. Not their bad though, but they should do something about that problem, (signs or something?)
Omg we ordered a Mexican pizza and got a casidilla, nothing about what we got was pizza! I also ordered a chulupa and only could eat the insides due to hard chulupa shell! I use to love this place till tonight. I'm very disappointed in the workers!
People working here are a joke. Slow and unprofessional. Forgot half my order and had to sit through the long line again just to get the other half. When there not on there phone they are yelling at each other through the mic. Its fast food i get it. But come one.
Went for Mexican Pizza- was delicious! Window girl was a little snotty - therefore the 4 stars.
Do not go here. Please don’t waste your time here. We came here late at night and spent an hour and a half in the drive through line. Once we got our food…. Finally…. Every single food item was wrong. We tried to eat what they gave us and our hard tacos sat before we got them for so long they shell felt like a soft taco. Do not go here
