Me my homegirl and her boys went here and the woman at the window was amazing super friendly and complimented our outfits for the 4th . The food was great and the service even better thank you T Bell!
Always love their food. I got take out this time and wasn't given any napkins. Messy to eat while driving. But still love TB.
This store is ran poorly. They forget food almost every time I go through the drive thru. They always ask if you want sauce packs but never give it to you. And you can constantly hear complaining and bickering inside the store from the employees when you are at the window. Terrible service. Terrible store.
Grand was my favorite for a while, but lately the tables have turned. Yes you have to wait longer at this taco bell than any other one in town, but it is 100% worth it. They really hook it up and Vickie at the window is always so sweet and great at customer service! They actually pay attention to substitutions and add ons and really load the burritos up. Order is always fresh, hot, and correct! Currently the best Taco Bell in Billings as of May.
Bathroom could have used some tender love and care.. but the staff was very nice and the food was hot and fresh
A late night run after a concert... What better place to stop than Taco Bell since everything is better with tacos.Even with a line at the drive thru we were in and out in a few minutes. And the employee at the window was awesome. Keep up the great work.
One of the lower calorie fast food menus. Usually pretty consistently on point. Great location
Want to sit in the drive thru for 20 min it park because they want to take 2 cars every 10-15 min. Either get more staff or shut the lobby down again. Ridiculous!!
Needed a receipt for my purchase for expense report. They couldn't find it so they call I am presuming the manager. Her first response was to blame me and said I had to get it off the KIOSK, then said I had to enter my email when I purchased to get it sent..... both options were not offered. Amazes me how this somehow became my fault. The main reason for this post is because of the attitude by, I am assuming, the managerial staff. Somebody definitely needs retraining. I do not need attitude for so.ething a business ess is suppose to provide
Just ordered thru the drive thru by just looking at the menu and getting food for family and when pulling up to the window the teenager said the next time we order this much food to order ahead or go thru the lobby next time being very rude! When we didn’t know it would be so much food!
