Taco Bell is a fast food staple. My daughter says it makes me handsome. She is 7 so I think she knows what she is talking about. A lady that works on Grand has a great sense of humor.

Look, I know it is weird to rave about a Taco Bell, but we rolled into town at 3am, had a super complicated order due to multiple dietary restrictions, and not only was our order 100% correct (maybe the first time ever for a Taco Bell) but the staff was super friendly and super quick. It was a lovely welcome to Billings as we passed through on vacation. Thank you so much!

Taco bell was... Well taco bell, It wasn't as good as a real mixed complaints but it did the job. Customer service was good, food was fast, no complaints!

I've been to this Taco Bell four times. Every time the order was missing half of the order in one instance, or was done incorrectly. If you all work on accuracy, and employee professionalism I'll give you a better rating. I'm giving you one more shot then I'll avoid you.

I am a delivery driver and everytime I come to this location it is a joke. Not one time has the order been ready and then it's additional 10 plus minutes to get anything. Employees are standing around in the lobby on their phones and no sense of urgency. I would like to see management do something with this

Worse experience ever: the order runner just hands u the food while he forgets your items. Poorly made food. Nacho cheese filled in cup 1/8th of the way not even enough nacho cheese for my nacho fries. Do a better job ppl it’s not that hard

We waited for over 40 minutes for our food. Car after car came through the drive through, multiple people after we ordered got their food AND we went up 3 different times and they kept saying “we’re making yours now.” Went up to tell them forget it and refund our money. The drive through employee refunded our money and said they were making it then and we could have it for free. 10 minutes later another person got their food and we’re still waiting. Getting ready to walk out and they finally had our order and said the system was pushing our order down the line and apologized. The employees had no communication until the drive through employee came and helped us. We have a 3 1/2 hour drive ahead of us and an hour was just wasted. Management didn’t even come to acknowledge they made a mistake.

Taco bell has a 10 dollars a month deal for free taco every day in the app. There's also a college sign up in the app to better your career from what I hear. The prices are actually pretty good. Food is great too. I highly recommend if you like Mexican.

easily the best taco bell we have. they use different tortillas that are softer and chewier making everything so much better. fast service too and always hot.

Ordered a crunchwrap supreme combo, 4 chicken Chipotle melts and 1of the new spicy potato tacos. Didn't get the spicy potato taco and didnt get the crunchwrap supreme if they would of looked better they would of realized it was a hard shell taco and not a crunchwrap supreme. A big difference. I guess the manager is train to and doesn't know the difference.
