Super long wait time. Over priced sandwiches. Hope the economy fails and brings prices back to reality. 10+ for a subway footlong 6+ for a six inch.
We have eaten here a few times and it's always a great experience. The staff works well as a team and they are friendly with customers. I witnessed an employee having a fluent conversation in Spanish like it was his first language, which made the hispanic customer feel comfortable. We love this subway and the sandwiches are always great quality!
Out of all subways in billings I always go to this one and every time I'm disappointed with orders not being right both in-person and delivery orders, slow service and all around just not there mentally.... very disappointed
Subway is what it is. What makes the place is the staff. The staff here was amazing. They were absolutely slammed and they kept their composure and killed it!
Seriously the sloppiest subway I’ve been to. The girl that made my sandwich just didn’t care and made it so poorly. It was only me in the store and it was a whole mess. Asked a bag and some napkins and got ignored :( usually like this place but today wasn’t a good experience

I asked for a Batman sandwich, and told them to make something up. It was excellent ?. Good service, friendly staff, food is of course standard for a subway restaurant.
On February 4th, at 3:15 we arrived at this subway.There was no one there to take our order and we waited almost 15 minutes for them. It was completely empty and we tried to talk loud so they would hear us but we were not successful. I just wanted a sandwich, man. :(((

Extremely disappointed in my first attempt to get a sandwich from here. First off, if they're supposed to wear a mask, then they should probably wear it properly or not at all. Just covering the mouth and not the nose defeats the purpose. Now let's get to the sandwich. I ordered the new Cali fresh turkey and they barely had enough avocado to cover half the sandwich, mind you it was 5pm, and they couldn't grasp the concept of charging me for something I'm not fully getting. I understand these kids are young, but still really disappointed. Not sure I'll ever try again, and that's a shame because I recently moved in just around the corner. Guess I'll just try a different Subway
