Place is always clean and freshly stocked. The girl upfront is always so nice and ready to help. This is the one Subway I go to.
Even though there was only one staff member at the store on central she was friendly,nice and courteous and took the time to see what we wanted on our sandwiches
Great chain food sandwiches made to your liking
Ordered with cheese and olives to be toasted, the cheese didn't make it on the sandwich, went back up and was given a tiny cup of cold cheese to put on. The lady behind the counter was really rude and then I was overcharged which I wasn't sure of until I got home and compared my receipt from another Subway from the day before. Won't go back to this location. The one on Grand by spinners is the best!
The subway business was clean. The employees respectful and clean. The food also well organized and fresh. Those meatballs have shrunk down to quarter size and doubling the meat only half fills the sandwich. I will be buying less subs at Subway the corporate way.
The employee that helped me litterally yelled and screamed at me because he said I cussed at him. I used one curse word when ordering my meal, sorry I'm in construction my language isn't always clean but as an employee he should not yell and scream using the same vulgarities I unconsciously used in My ordering. I will never return there and will advise be others not to as well.
Can't go wrong with a subway sandwich. It seems they have the formula down pretty well when it comes to making subs. This is a rare 5 star because the staff was super friendly and talked to me as if I was a person and not just someone who walked in for a meal. Keep up the great work!
Love the food, but the customer service is always a little underwhelming. Seems like the workers have a fear of speaking at a volume people can hear, but regardless they make great sandwiches and that's why i go.
The lady was doing her best. They needed to send her more help, but she did a wonderful job and kept her cool with a crowd of customers.
