I just left this Subway location 10 minutes ago and I will never be back.First, when I walked in they told me that I would have to order at their kiosk as their dining area was closed.No biggie. But when I went to order at the kiosk I noticed there were sandwiches that they carry that were not listed.I picked a different sandwich and pulled up to pay.I asked the gal why they don't have buffalo chicken anymore?She said they do but that some items aren't listed on the kiosk! SERIOUSLY??!!! So I asked if I could get that instead of the sandwich I had ordered? She said no because they had already made my sandwich??!!! SERIOUSLY??!!! WORST customer service EVER!!!!!!! No apologies! Nothing!

Clean restaurant with good service. It is like any other subway at any other location. You go here because you know what you are getting not because you want to be wowed.

I will never visit this Subway again. I walked in I stood there the gentleman behind the counter sat there and complained and huffed and made noises while doing his job making it very obvious that he didn't want to be there, and then instead of trying to help me he decided to fill the online orders instead of helping the customer who's looking him dead in the face. If this is the way your company does business then I suggest you shut your doors because you're going to lose some serious business

The worst customer service I’ve ever received. Employee was rude and kept shutting the window when I was still asking questions, saying “mhm”rushing me. He then proceeded to say “I can hear you!” When I tried to repeat my question, with a horrible attitude acting like I was inconveniencing him. I asked for the manager and she was no better, she made excuses for this guy. She told me that “nobody’s nice to him not even his own family, so he’s not nice” and “We are working on him” lmao well he shouldn’t be working with customers then. She didn’t resolve the issue at all. I will never go back to this location, everything about it was disappointing, if I could give zero stars I would.

This subway location did a terrible job. I ordered a chicken teriyaki sandwich and the staff behind the counter never talked to me once they almost acted like I was a ghost. I didn’t get greeted or welcomed at all And the chicken was not warm at all. The toppings were just thrown on the sandwich without care and when the cashier handed me my change they just threw it on the counter instead of handing it to me directly. I’m very disappointed with the lack of customer service at this location.
