When we arrived at 8:30 the lobby was closed. We had an RV and couldn't fit through the drive thru. When we walked up to order in the drive through and explained our situation the guy taking orders said "I don't know what to tell you or how to help you".Not professional nor helpful. Hopefully starbucks can open the lobby for bigger trucks to come through and hier more helpful employees.

This location has a TERRIBLE parking and drive thru setup. Every morning people are lined up out into Lake Elmo Dr. blocking traffic. They're also frequently out of the weirdest (and often most important) ingredients.
We had outstanding service 3 visits in a row.I'm impressed, great job. This is becoming rare these days, people committed to excellence.

Very friendly staff. The line moved quickly. The car in front of us paid for our drinks ?, so we paid it forward for the car behind us. The drinks were super.

I order two drinks from this horrible store and the lid was not placed properly on the cup which caused the cup to fold when I picked it up. The drink spilled on my lap, wrist, and hand, burning me. Quite frankly, I almost feel like the lid was not placed on the cup intentionally.
Great crew, clean dining area and bathroom, easy access. All the right stuff for my mid-afternoon “I need wi-fi”/pit-stop to close out a short visit to Billings.
Always busy and the driveway isn't set up so great, but the staff is super friendly!
