Very nice and polite employees
The girl at the drive thru tried to pocket $3 that she was supposed to give back to me. I didn't think much of it but she had it sitting on top of the till which didn't sit right with me. I'm a barista myself and you should never assume anything is a tip unless you're told it is! On top of the sub par customer service and then this experience, I think I'd rather take my money elsewhere.

Second they have a humble employee named Wayne, who is some kind of customer service savant. He should be paid by Starbucks to teach others in the art of customer service and connection. I know that he actually has a Facebook following, just him. Our kids adore him and ask us to go through the drive-thru to say hi. The whole staff is great and Starbucks, take notice, learn from this store, this is an example where all the pistons are firing.
This location is nice inside! I do not like Starbucks coffee but their surgered-up flavored drinks are tasty when they cover up the bad coffee flavor. I only get Starbucks when friends want to go there but hey, people like them I guess

I work at this place so my ratting shouldn't really count. However even before when I didn't work here I always got great service. People are friendly, and if they ever get your drink wrong they'll remake jt for free
Apparently Billings stand-alone Starbucks are no more? (No surprise there). Black Dog is better anyways.
I couldn’t tell you how many times I’ve pulled up to the drive thru and have the place not be open? But it would be about 8:30-9 in the morning. One time I saw employees walking around but wouldn’t take the orders, I understand if you’re having issues with your speaker box but at least put a sign out or something. Will not be going to this location anymore.
